Nice rooms ruined by noisy location and awful staff
Pros:

Bottom Line: Very nicely built hotel in an unfortunately noisy location, but staff and management are so terrible that it's not worth it.

The full version: Except for the bar staff (who are super friendly), the staff and management at this hotel is atrocious. We stayed for two nights and cleaning staff never cleaned our room, and lied and wrote down we left the do-not-disturb on. On-site management, being pathetic, hid behind bureaucracy and pretended they couldn't give us a refund because we booked with a third-party site (that site informed us this was no barrier to them issuing a refund). Offsite management is terrible as well -- they issued a refund of less than 1/2 the cost of one night as their pathetic peace offering.

Parking is an expensive $37/night total, but they oversubscribe the lot so good luck finding a spot at night unless you turn in early.

The hotel is near O'Hare, so there's obviously airport noise, right? So you figure they'd do something to dampen that noise, since it's a nice hotel. They don't -- not even blackout blinds that can block some noise. Just the typical Holiday Inn blinds that let in light. And the loud flights are literally non-stop all night.

All of this stuff would be forgivable for like a Days Inn or La Quinta or something. If you're only shelling out $50-75/night, you get what you pay for. But even at a deep discount, I was paying well over $200/night total at this pit. It's just not acceptable to be this bad for that much money.

To be fair, there are some good things about the place worth mentioning:
- Rooms are very nice -- spacious, have a nice work area separate from the bedroom, include a mini-fridge and microwave, and the shower had amazing water pressure. There's also a separate tub if that's your thing.
- Bar staff was super friendly and gave great service.
- It's very easy to jump on any freeway in every direction.

Cons:

Arrived at the property and somehow they charged me twice for a room and when I let them know they did that they act like they couldn’t reverse the transaction and told me it would be off my account by check out. Here I am a week later and the transaction is still saying pending on my account. Worst staff I ever encountered in my life.

Everyday there is room service which is nice, however, if I had been changing as an example, having room service knock and after minimal time open door, I thought was not pleasant.

Kick your shoes off and Relax!
Pros:

Everything.. The location is great. Love the outdoor decor. Smells great as soon as you enter the building! Friendly staff.
