Cons:

Arrived at the property and somehow they charged me twice for a room and when I let them know they did that they act like they couldn’t reverse the transaction and told me it would be off my account by check out. Here I am a week later and the transaction is still saying pending on my account. Worst staff I ever encountered in my life.

The front desk guy was very helpful but other than that my stay wasn’t the best.

Great experience!
Pros:

I thought staff is great and kin to customer service.

Cons:

Everyday there is room service which is nice, however, if I had been changing as an example, having room service knock and after minimal time open door, I thought was not pleasant.

Kick your shoes off and Relax!
Pros:

Everything.. The location is great. Love the outdoor decor. Smells great as soon as you enter the building! Friendly staff.

Cons:

Pool
No pool. Other than that this place is exceptionally great!

Didn’t stay 😂😂

It LOOKED good

Cons:

I didn’t like how I traveled 12+ hours to get there. Upon arrival they attempted to charge me what I had already pre paid online. To top it off before I even made it I called and told them I would arrive around 3AM. Once I got there they told me I would have to be charged for 3 nights instead of two.

Reception failed
Pros:

Bed Very confortable.

Cons:

Firstly, in the morning the recepcionist can look at us, he is rude ang I have to order to look at us! On the afternoon other recepcionist didn't find my friend's reservation even if my friend showed the number and the print paper by hoteis.com. After long 30 min, he said that the reservation was not complet. Come on!!! They need been trained.
