Reception failed
Pros:

Bed Very confortable.

Cons:

Firstly, in the morning the recepcionist can look at us, he is rude ang I have to order to look at us! On the afternoon other recepcionist didn't find my friend's reservation even if my friend showed the number and the print paper by hoteis.com. After long 30 min, he said that the reservation was not complet. Come on!!! They need been trained.

Disorganized manager and front desk who had clearly had some confusion in closing the Booking.com portal in good time, considering there was a long line of us who got to reception to check in and were told our reservations couldn’t be found. Thankfully they sorted it but it took about 30 mins…

Two hours wait in the cold for the shuttle service from airport to hotel
Pros:

I missed a United airline flight through Chicago and was given an overnight stay at this Marriot. However it took 2 hours in the Chicago cold to get the shuttle from Door 2C to the Marriot suites hotel. The hotel sent an UNMARKED WHITE VAN with no signs of Marriott or anything else. I therefore kept missing it because they were many many vans with their Hotel markings, including other Marriott hotels. When I call the front desk they said that you were the wrong spot. However, no one communicated at the front desk was not aware that an unmarked van was being sent. Because of the two hour wait to get a shuttle to the hotel, I missed having dinner. Overall this was a terrible experience. Here’s a picture of the Van they sent. On a positive note, the driver was understanding and personally apologetic.
