Two hours wait in the cold for the shuttle service from airport to hotel
Pros:

I missed a United airline flight through Chicago and was given an overnight stay at this Marriot. However it took 2 hours in the Chicago cold to get the shuttle from Door 2C to the Marriot suites hotel. The hotel sent an UNMARKED WHITE VAN with no signs of Marriott or anything else. I therefore kept missing it because they were many many vans with their Hotel markings, including other Marriott hotels. When I call the front desk they said that you were the wrong spot. However, no one communicated at the front desk was not aware that an unmarked van was being sent. Because of the two hour wait to get a shuttle to the hotel, I missed having dinner. Overall this was a terrible experience. Here’s a picture of the Van they sent. On a positive note, the driver was understanding and personally apologetic.

Great stay! My husband #1 hotel for this vacation!
Pros:

We had a wonderful one night stay. The front desk employee Julio was nice. He made sure that we were in a feather free room per my request. The housekeepers were also nice. The maintenance employee, Steve, who fixed our microwave was also pleasant and nice. He was talking tk my husband like they met before, lol. We stayed im four hotels total during this New York/Chicago trip and my husband said this hotel was his #1. He loved this suite because it was humugus and the fact that they were two tvs. He was very comfortable. The room, bathroom, the whole suite was clean and comfortable. Very modern. It was also convenient because we were able to walk to McDonalds for dinner and it was close to the airport. The hotel do provide airport shuttle but it started at 5am and that was too late for us. Our flight was within that hour. Overall, great stay and we will recommend.

Good for one night
Pros:

Unfortunately I had to stay for 3. The room is very large and very quiet for an airport hotel. It was in need of an update. From a cleanliness perspective, it was ok but the shower smelled like mildew. This was compounded by the shower being tiny. Too small to be functional. I never felt like I got a good shower. Why have such a large bathroom with a large tub and a small shower.

Restaurant had a limited menu and was not open for lunch. No place to really walk close by to get lunch.

Housekeeping didn’t clean one day.
