The staff quite impolite.
Pros:

I booked through the ALL app and specifically chose a Superior Room with a Premium King Bed, pretty clear about wanting a King Bed.

When I checked in, they confirmed the room had a King Bed, too.

But when I got to the room, I found out the bed was actually a Hollywood setup, meaning two twin beds pushed together as a King, with no duvet.

I told the staff at the front desk about it, and they said I could request a real King Bed through the phone or email.

Honestly, the app or website should be clearer about whether the bed is a King, Hollywood setup, or twin beds.

It felt like a scam, and the staff's response was rude and unprofessional.

As an ALL member, I’m not sure I’ll ever stay at Novotel again.

With all due respect, the management really needs to train the staff better.

Novotel Palembang most beautiful hotel in Indonesia specially in Palembang South Sumatera. this hotel was recommended.
Pros:

all good…this is most beautiful hotel for staycation, person, familys and business as well. Breakfast food , rooms, swimming pool, gym also recommended. all the staff front office, restaurant, entertainment division (swimming pool guys) is very good person

Pros:

Good Hotel and excellent service. The room very clean and the staff so friendly. The location near PTC Mall, easy access from Hotel to PTC Mall. The Bfast very nice and the taste is good, very various meal. So, if come to Palembang, don’t forget to stay in Novotel Palembang….

This place is wonderful with very nice views for refreshing and relaxing and service also good I had very nice experience with Resturant chef Mr FERMAN
And FITRI They helped me very much about food specially Arabian and Asian cuisine also understand customer needs ,
Also you can order food anytime 24h it’s a good place for refresh and explore the beauty of Palembang city and traditional food
