Our stay was very pleasant.
Pros:

Place was very closed to the hospital we were going to. Place was clean and quiet. Snack bar and drinks were great. We couldn’t stay for breakfast.

Cons:

I liked everything.

I will probably stay here again.
Pros:

It was great to be near 1604, and the room was nice and clean. I was especially impressed by the food as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of the breakfast staff and housekeepers.

Cons:

There was no one at the front desk a couple of times when I stopped by with a question. I also could not fill the bathtub in my room because the tub stopper kept leaking water (Room 417).

I have found a hotel in San Antonio that I would choose to stay again
Pros:

The place is very clean; they have a decent breakfast; the room is comfortable & the towels are nice; not cheap looking. I also love they have a luggage cart.

Cons:

The only downside is the traffic noise

Pros:

Nothing.

Excellent!
Pros:

The staff was very cordial and accommodating and seemed happy.

Cons:

One elevator was down so we used the stairs a lot because it took so long with lots of people. Needed the exercise anyway.
