Propreté, calme et situation à proximité des transports en commun

Lors de mon séjour du 14 au 17 janvier 2026, un incident grave est survenu dans la nuit du 17 janvier vers 4h30 : un couple est entré dans ma chambre alors que je l’occupais, suite à l’activation d’une carte d’accès pour d’autres clients. L’établissement a reconnu une erreur humaine.

Une intrusion dans une chambre occupée en pleine nuit constitue une défaillance importante en matière de sécurité et a fortement altéré mon sentiment de confiance.

La dernière nuit m’a été remboursée et mes séjours suivants ont été annulés sans frais.

Cependant, la sécurité étant essentielle, l’expérience a été décevante et je ne me sentirais pas en confiance pour y séjourner à nouveau.

השהות הייתה סבילה, בטח לא מהנה.

לצערי החימום לא עבד בחדר, זרם מים חלש מאוד, מיניבר קטן ממש ללא מקום לשים שום דבר וממילא לא מקרר כל כך טוב, ארוחת בוקר דלילה ללא ירקות בכלל וללא מבחר. הסבון במקלחת היה ריק.
