It was $189 to stay with no amenities. The pool was also closed The check in took me 20 minutes because the front desk

The property was clean and located great

Cons:

I have stayed here numerous times and what I liked about it was they had a bar and restaurant. It was closed and the website didn’t inform me of this or I wouldn’t have changed my route home to stay there

Check in was horrible! I paid in full for my stay a month prior to my stay. The hotel wanted me to cancel with the 3rs party vendor (Hotel.com) and pay them directly because their name was changing…not my problem! After an hour we finally get a room and I believe they gave me a room that should have not been available to any guest. IT SMELLED HORRIBLE! There was stains on the top of the bedspread, questionable spots on the sofa, the tub was dirty, the door to the room did not close all the way unless you slammed it closed and the kicker…the toilet was broken…if we used the bathroom, we had to open the back of the toilet to flush it…replace the darn toilet or fix it!! 😡 Take this hotel off yall list because it’s trash!!!!!

Pros:

This hotel ruins the Hilton reputation. It’s was dingy & dirty. Stained & soiled couch in my room, chipped and worn furniture, dirty walls with stains down them, bathtub had a painted bottom with chipping paint. It was gross & felt more like a Motel 6. Will never ever stay here again.

I'll think twice before I book Hilton
Pros:

The check in went well, Heather was super friendly. The front lobby was beautiful and well kept. But don't let that fool you!
The bed was comfortable. That's the only good thing about the room. There were several things inside the room that needs attention. The carpet was so dirty I decided to keep my shoes on until bedtime. The ceiling in the shower is cracked and crumbling and the bathroom wall had what looked like lotion, conditioner or something else? The coffee pod had a black liquid where the water goes. Which made it not useable at all.

Pros:

I like the quietness and cleaness of the hotel and good area.I didnt like i was given 2 keys to my room but one of them was the wrong key therefore when it was used it didn't work.Second i was expected to used the pool and spa and it was closed.i would have went to another hotel with operating pool.it was extremely hot.

Pros:

Traveled to attend my graduation at Olivet.

Hotel was nice, good location, comfortable rooms.

However, I didnt like the fact that breakfast wasn't included, however, I knew that when I booked.

What I didnt know was the pool was down and had been down for over a year...no indication at all...which made entertaining several kids a challenge.

If you want a pool...call the hotel before booking, so no unfortunate news when you arrive

I was very disappointed with my stay My room was not clean I found food in the fridge from the guest before us and it was very dirty the base mattress is wood and it was dirty not sure if they never clean

This wasn’t very nice place to stay. We stayed there last year also around the same time by the pool supposedly something was going on with the filter and was closed and if I’m not mistaken last year at this time was closed off so they really need to get fixed.

Staff was unfriendly. We felt like we were bums off the street. None of the staff tried to be welcoming in any way. The waitress in the morning did not try to explain anything. The food was not fresh or warm. My husband's ordered eggs were very crusty even though he asked for them over easy.

Pros:

Super disappointed it wasn't disclosed in advance the indoor pool was to be closed for construction. Our children were really looking forward to it and we would have booked elsewhere had we known. When checking for bed bugs (we do this at every hotel), there was a significant amount of unexpected debris/trash between the mattress and bed board. They should be sure to clean that.

Pros:

A/C didn’t work. They told me it takes awhile to get going. After the first night it never made it below 75. Moved me to another room and had the exact same problem. Another employee told me this has been an ongoing problem.

Additionally pool was closed and only one elevator worked.

Staff was very friendly and made the best of the situation.

Pros:

The room is so dirty. the carpet needs to be washed. The bathroom is dirty as well. The shower is broken. I cleaned everything by my self as much as I can. I sweep the carpet by my self. There were urine spots on the toilet seat. I couldn’t step on the carpet with my barefoot, I have to use slippers or socks.

The entire staff that we encountered were super friendly. We were able to talk with the chef & server at breakfast & felt as though we had been friends forever. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Our bathtub/shower was mildew stained, the tub was disgusting and the floor was gross. We had a Junior Suite and the sofa in the sitting area was stained in several places and tattered on the edges. Hilton may have picked it up from a college dorm for re-use. We kept our window open the entire stay because of the smell when we first entered the room. My photos won't upload, probably for the best.
