it was quiet
I was double charged for the room, and have had to file a claim. I was told my booking.com reservation had a problem, and wouldn't be able to be used so not only did they take my credit card and charge me for an extra 2 nights, the booking reservation also was charged. And my welcome board on TV in room had a different name. When I was told they were updating system, I'm not sure I believed it. I am hoping Marriott will make this correct.
En general todo, desde la buena atención que nos dieron. Al princio y al salir.,
Llevaba a mi familia, una persona de 80 años y a un niño de 2 años y todos contentos por todo.
No tengo ninguna queja.
I liked the bed. It was comfortable compared to other places I've stayed
The parking lot
It was a good experience overall. Room was clean , bed was comfortable, breakfast was good. Staff was also great.
THE BED
ON YOUR WEBSITE I DIDN'T SEE ANYTHING ABOUT A $20.00 PARKING FEE???? WHO DOES THAT!! IF I DID I WOULD NEVER OF GOTTEN A ROOM THERE,,, I LOST MY BANK CARD CALLED THEM ASAP AND THE GUY WOULDNT GO LOOK TOLD ME IT WAS A LOST & FOUND ISSUE AND ID HAVE TO CALL BACK THE NEXT DAY TO SPEAK WITH HOUSEKEEPING SO I DID AND SHE TELLS ME I HAD TO WAIT CUZ THEY HADNT CLEANED MY ROOM YET...SO FINALLY 3 DAYS LATER I CALL AGAIN AND THIS TIME AT LEAST THR RECEPTIONIST WENT AND LOOKED FOR ME......NEVER AGAIN
It's a fine standard hotel that's pretty dated but will apparently be renovated soon. Breakfast ends at 9am, which is a bit early to end it, but my actual problem was I thought the check-in told me it ends at 10am. I went down just after 9 to find it closed. Otherwise no issue - room was comfortable enough.
Great location!! Access to the street car right out the front gate made for ease getting around. Parked our car Friday and didn’t drive until we headed home Sunday!!
Clean and good location
Friendly staff, the place was very clean
El desayuno excelente ahi si le doy 10
La recepcionista no encontraba mi reservacion, me cobro las habitaciones por separado, talvez deberian de dar un poco mas capacitacion a los empleados y un poco mas amabilidad
Great breakfast & close to the free streetcar that I took downtown to the convention center daily.
Great location to get around and can use public transportation.
Only had one trash can in the room , not in the bathroom. There was only one chair by the bed no desk chair. The breakfast was just ok.
We were put on the fourth floor and for the first night it was very quiet, as requested. The.breakfast is warm and well done. We'd planned to walk to attractions, but the public transit system was close and made the proximity to the World War I museum and Union Station unbelievably short.
When we first arrived, we requested a "quiet room." We were put at the end of the hall which was nice. But upon using the bathroom, the sink wouldn't drain, so we had to move rooms. We were given an upgrade and put near the elevators. The second night, families with children were placed around us and they were slamming doors and running up and down the hallways. I know this is a parenting problem, and not the hotel's fault. But I wish we'd been kept in a "quiet" area.
Comfortable and clean. Ok bed. Good size just could be softer.
The hotel is a little dated and a tad shabby. But, the location is close to many things of interest without being in the middle of the hustle. The breakfast provided was good.
Currently being remodeled. Rooms are generously sized. Fitness center and breakfast are good. Used the stairs to get around, even from the 4th floor because you can exit outside from the second floor. Rooms are dark at night. Good lighting except for the bathroom sink area.
