We always try and stay here, when my granddaughter has surgery. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Rooms are clean.
Great hotel had issues with my door handle had to push hard on it wish breakfast hours were longer
Breakfast was very good.
I had to go down to reception to get a tv remote as there was none in my room. The person at the desk spent a good two minutes on his phone before looking at me. A "I'll be right with you." would have been nice.
The inn was clean, front desk very helpful, the pool area was very tidy and water very clean and blue (loved it) the little outside area was nice it had chairs and a little fireplace to enjoy good breakfast choices also
This is nice hotel that I stay at about once a year. I was on the 4th floor. Half of the floor was undergoing renovation so one elevator was usually a little dirty and the floor outside the 4th floor elevators was covered in resin paper and dirty. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The refrigerator was very small. The table/desk in front of the tv had no desk chair to use for working there. Instead, I had to pull over an upholstered chair to work on my computer. No access to ice machine on 4th floor due to the renovations and ice machine on 2nd floor laundry room was out of ice or not working for four days of my stay. I don't recall paying for parking in the past but that is now an additional charge during the stay. Breakfast wasn't bad - fresh fruit, cereal, milk, juices, patries, etc. The location worked perfect for me. I'll definitely stay there again next time I need to visit KC.
The staff was nice and friendly. The building was in the middle of a remodel on a different floor, but we were not affected by it at all. The breakfast room had plenty of room for all the guests and there were sufficient gluten-free option. The location was within walking distance of many sites.
Our room was on the street side, and you could hear cars/motorcycles racing up and down the road into the late night on the weekend. The breakfast room was a bit on the cold side due to it being just inside the outside doors
Food was cold. No microwave in eating area!!
As always, this was a great stay! Nakayla at the front desk was awesome: so welcoming, accommodating, and kind! I stayed in a renovated room and loved the updates!
The Hotel is nice It was clean and staff was friendly
The price of parking was a bit high and not having breakfast till 7 on the weekends was inconvenient. We were there for volleyball tournaments and were leaving the hotel by 7 or earlier.
The don’t tell you parking cost 20$ a night until after you check in
It was a nice place for stay. But when I did the check in tha lady who assisted me was not polite. She didn’t even ask for my name and reservation and she immediately asked me for pay $ 20 dollars for parking. We have 2 cars ($40) which wasn’t mentioned when I did the reservation through Booking web side. They didn’t mention about pay $20 additional for parking. I was so disappointed however they discontinued that amount. We appreciate that attention but Booking should be more clear with the information before to a reservation.
The staff was amazing and kind
The breakfast had a great variety!
The hotel was a little worn and hallway carpet soiled in many locations. One of the elevators had carpet coming up, tripping hazard.
