Chegamos por volta das 19h na 6a feira no hotel. Não havia recepção. Pegamos a chave no sistema eletrônico de check in. No sábado saímos para ir a Versailles. Voltamos à noite e não conseguimos entrar. Ligamos várias vezes ao telefone de urgência, ao Booking e a outras filiais deste apart. Ninguém conseguiu localizar o responsável. Vimos que haviam mandado uma mensagem para passar no hotel de manhã para trocar de chave??? Para não dormir na rua e não cancelar a noite sem saber o que fazer com nossos pertences que eatavam trancados inacessíveis dentro do quarto, booking sugeriu de dormirmos em outro hotel e pegar a fatura. Fomos ao hotel ao lado e fizemos isto. Enviamos todos os videos comprovatórios de tentative de entrada no hotel ao booking que nos informou qur o hotel não aceitava a responsabilidade de reembolso total do outro hotel. Dissemos que era inaceitávrl tal resposta. No momento, estamos aguardando.

Pros:

L’emplacement est très proche du CIG petite couronne et CNFPT .Je recommande pour les candidats de concours et il y a beaucoup de commerces de proximité et restaurants. Proche des métro et bien desservi en bus.

J'ai aimé le principe du coin cuisine

- Qu'il n'y est pas de hote dans la cuisine
- Grincement de la porte de la salle de bain
- Odeur dans la salle de bain (avoir un distributeur de parfun pour assainir l'air)
- Porte coulissante du porte manteau fait bcp de bruit
- Que l'on entende le voisin du dessus ou vis-à-vis uriner
- Trop de bruit lors du nettoyage du parquet par la femme de service

Great location, clean but hopefully the problem ah the bathroom smell can eventually be fixed.
Pros:

Special thank you to the cleaning staff who did a great job preparing my room! I had asked for a hair dryer and adapter plugs and they were in my room perfectly ready for my stay. The staff was wonderful, welcoming and efficient.

Cons:

There is a horrible smell in the bathroom. You really can't stay in the bathroom more than a few minutes before you need to get out to fresher air. Seems to be a serious chronic problem with the plumbing / sewage system.

Pros:

The location is nice surrounded by a lot of restaurants
Was very calm.

Cons:

The room was not clean there were cockroaches
The staff is absent on the weekend, they left an emergency number that we called but we had no answer.
They had some sort of construction going on I believe there were construction materials left on the hallways.
