Cleaning of the room is made once a week.

Pros:

The bed was comfortable. The shower was good.

Cons:

No Air con. Heatwave made it a bit unbearable. Fan wasn’t enough to cool the room.

Apartamento comodo en zona tranquila, el personal muy agradable.
Pros:

La cama , super cómoda y mención especial a las almohadas, hay dos por persona y son de verdad, no de aire como en algunos sitios. La habitación es amplia, y nos tocó una con terraza. El baño, pequeño, pero con todo lo necesario. La parte de la cocina, limpia y con lo básico para estar 4 dias. En general , muy bien. Boca del metro justo al lado, genial. Durante toda la noche hay un guarda de seguridad en la puerta, eso está muy bien. Pudimos dejar las mochilas en recepción hasta que salia nuestro vuelo. Además, alrededor hay una boulangerie deliciosa y varios restaurantes donde comer o cenar.

Cons:

No tiene aire acondicionado y estuvimos en plena ola de calor, menos mal que habia un ventilador y se pudo aguantar.

Pros:

Très proche du métro !
Arrivée à tte heure.
Lit confortable mais très chaud.
Plateau d accueil mais 1 petite bouteille d'eau pour deux....

Cons:

Il n y avait qu une chaise alors que nous étions deux.
Douche très exiguë
Absence de clim.
Les plinthes pas nettoyées.

Tenía una estación del metro cerca

Cons:

Muy mala atención, no me dieron la habitación que pedí, no había servicio el domingo, fue un trauma el check in al final me dieron otra habitación y no tenían aire acondicionado, pasé el día más caluroso de Francia en 40 años sin aire acondicionado

L'état général ne correspondait pas aux photos qui montraient une chambre ajouré et en très bon état et la réalité en était tout autre, parquet délabré, douche moisissures et mauvaise odeur d'humidité++. Dommage car très bien situé

L'emplacement. Proche du métro ligne 5 église de pantin
Des commerces et restaurants à proximité.

Cons:

Juste, s'il y'a moyen de changer la moquette au couloir pour rafraîchir un peu le lieux.

Ok, mas não a repetir
Pros:

Em frente ao metro, o que facilita o acesso à cidade.
Zona calma, com comercio.
Cama confortável

Cons:

As fotos do que reservamos não teve nada haver com o apartamento que foi disponibilizado.
WC sujo, as instalações estão bastante degradadas e sujas.
É necessário limpar a cozinha para que a caução seja devolvida.

Direkt an der Metro, direkte Verbindung zum Gare de l´est, hinter dem Haus liegt ein Kanal, an dem man schön spazieren oder joggen kann. gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Schnellimbiss in der Nähe

The apartment is so close to the metro station.. Good, Clean and Secure environment. Good Location.
Pros:

The Location of the apartment is very close to the metro line 5 .
The apartment is so clean.
The bed is confortable.
The windows are double glazed.
Lastly, the surrounding areas of the apartment are so beautiful and clean.
Nice hot water in the kitchen and bathroom.

Cons:

The only thing I don't like in the apartment is the bathroom.
Because, it's so so SMALL..
Me and my wife wasn't able to shower together.
