They gave my room to others and made me stay in some cheap hotel.
Booked 4 rooms. Upon arrival took very rude staff over an hour to check us in. They could not find our reservations. Rooms were not ready. They showed us one room and explained they still needed to clean it as it was used for wedding celebration the night before. One of the rooms only had 1 bed (we ordered a room for family room). One room had a platform with no padding and said it was a bed. Despite their mistake, we had to pay for another room but they wouldn't give us access to it until 11:00 PM. Asked them to hire taxes to take to the airport. The hotel staff wanted to charge us 2 - 3 times the actual rate (his personal fee for calling taxes). Been to India lots and stayed all over--this place was absolutely crazy!
It was showing while booking, the king and doble bed, but there was a king and a single bed there.
Rooms not properly clean, the bed sheets were very dirty and having blood dots on it. Washrooms were smelling very bad. I have to check out one day early.
Hotel was very dirty, rooms were not ready even though we were checking in at 8 pm, some shady business were going on, Lift was not working… worst place ever saw
Terrible stay, rooms booked were family suite but family suites were nit ready at the time of check in, rooms allotted were bot cleaned, receptions phone was not working, so for every problem one has to get down for the complain.
