Pros:

I like that I stayed here and could go to the water park across the street for no extra charge.

Cons:

The pool made my kids sick there was way to much chlorine in the pool.

Quiet, clean, comfortable.
Pros:

The receptionist was very friendly and gave a suggestion for a place for dinner. My friend remembered her bathing suit so she went in the pool and the hot tub, I just put my feet in the tub. We had a room facing the water hoping to see the northern lights, it was a little cloudy but it was still beautiful. Very comfortable and quiet. Also the breakfast was great

I was very disappointed, this was our Anniversary weekend and we had too many issues.
Pros:

The room was clean.

Cons:

We were next to the stairway and the door kept opening and slamming shut at all hours. We were locked out of our room and needed new keys. The jacuzzi tub would not shut off after 15 minutes the timer was stuck. Our phone kept ringing and no one would be there. The bed was also very uncomfortable.

Pros:

My stay was wonderful. The staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast was very good.
I will note that there was an issue during our stay with bursting water pipes due to the extreme cold. Our room was not affected fortunately. The staff handled the situation with as little impact to surrounding rooms as possible.
From what I observed in my own room, when we arrived the heat was turned down very low to save energy I presume. I wonder if this policy will be revised a bit to prevent further pipe issues moving forward.
