It was overall a nice place, just some minor issues they could work on but other than that it was nice.
Pros:

It was close to downtown and close to the boats, it was a very nice place, giving an old cozy vibe, the way the place was set up and how the books on the shelf are real books and not just for decoration, the pool area was very nice, it was step up like a sun room but with a pool and hot tub, they could clean there carpets more(respectfully), but other then that it was a very nice place.

Cons:

They could clean there carpets more and the towels they gave us kinda smelled fishy when damp, I don’t know if that was just our towels or everybody’s. I say this with all due respect, as I understand running and taking care of a hotel is a lot of work. I will say it was not the most handicapped accessible, the one side you had to walk up and down two flights of stairs, and they were kinda of steep, for me and my family it wasn’t an issue but for others with handicapped needs it could be, on the other side I believe you could get up there if handicapped it’s just on the other side of the building and takes a bit(I’m assuming)

Overall fine for a one night stay
Pros:

Great location, attentive staff , beautiful sunrise from window

Cons:

Just feels, smells, and appears like an old hotel. Feels a bit Dodgy, but similar to other Mackinaw City hotels. Definitely overpriced.

Excellent location with the ferry two buildings down. Photos accurate to accommodation. Free breakfast is a step up from continental.

Cons:

Beautiful place to stay. Everything is so convenient. Staff is amazing.
Pros:

When we checked in we were given an upgrade by Michelle. Although the room was fantastic it wasn't what we wanted. I decided that if we were staying there 4 nights that I would want to move. Michelle was absolutely wonderful. Since we had already moved into the room she asked if we would be willing to spend the first night in the room and then she would move us in the morning. She moved us to the perfect room. It was spacious and being on the third floor our balcony was very private. Michelle made sure that we were comfortable and happy. I would highly recommend staying at the Hamilton.

Cons:

The only issue that we had was that the first room (which was really a suite) wasn't for us but Michelle took care of it for us.

Very nice hotel for the price. We would stay there again.
Pros:

Pool area very clean, well maintained, attentive staff and well staffed with towels. The ham at breakfast was good. The bed was very comfortable. Very close to the ferry and tickets were available for purchase at the front desk.

Cons:

The beakfast: eggs were substandard, limited selection of items for breakfàst. Limited fresh fruit selection, only apples. Canned fruit cocktail. No decaf coffee in the breakfast room.

Goede prijs/kwaliteit!
Pros:

Goede locatie, vriendelijk en accuraat onthaal.

Cons:

Het hotel wordt gebruikt door busreizigers. Allemaal prima, maar 20 minuten aanschuiven omdat al deze 70+ers ( meer dan 100!) op hetzelfde moment komen ontbijten had misschien anders georganiseerd kunnen worden door meer spreiding van de ontbijturen.
Groot was onze verbazing toen we enkele verloren gelopen dames van een nabijgelegen hotel hoorden zeggen dat ze in dit hotel moesten ontbijten van hun touroperator.
Wij hadden een drukke, lange dag voor de boeg en dit zorgde er voor dat wij een uur later konden vertrekken dan voorzien wat implicaties had op de rest van onze activiteiten.
