LOTS OF BUGS!!
Pros:

Good location, friendly staff

Cons:

VERY noisy bathroom fan, shower vertical pole quite loose, very difficult to adjust room temperature, Black chipping visable bottom of pool and dehumidifier filter filthy with dust..outside of it and AC unit on wall very rusty...an SOS pad would greatly improve these....also kleenex holder in room bathroom solid rust, should be replaced..Room mini frig shelves falling apart

I thought i was getting a beach front room but ended up with a corner parking lot facing room next to the stairway very noisy from people walking up and down the stairs.

Pleasantly surprised at the location and really enjoyed our stay there.
Pros:

We were pleasantly surprised that the city put on a fire works show on the lake right in front of our room. It was wonderful!

Cons:

Our beds were not very comfortable.

We left the next day, I cant stand liars, thief's and cheats.

close to downtown and restaurants

Cons:

Rooms outdated, carpet must be 50 years old, no outlet for covenants, we book tickets for Mackinac Island and we decided to cancel the trip, asked for our refund and was told we could get our refund, The desk manager told us that should have been told to us before bought them, a lie because we was not told that they were not refundable.

Mediocre at best.
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

Felt dirty and dated. Soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers weren’t filled, no Kleenex in room, and small shampoo bottle was half full. No handicap parking available and no automatic doors at entrance so difficult for handicap person.

Great location but I would not stay here again
Pros:

Locations was great.

Cons:

Parking had no lines painted and nobody knew how to park. Breakfast was late and it was subpar. Bed was uncomfortable, and room was dirty.

We enjoyed it.
Pros:

Right on the water, walking distance to Arnold Ferry, Beautiful Lobby.

Cons:

The bed was a little too high for me. It was a little difficult to get in and out. I’m 74 so probably easier for a younger person. The breakfast was great except fresh fruit would have been nice!

Pros:

Unfortunetly I only liked the view and location of this hotel.

Cons:

This hotel is very dated and has that old smell. It was super expensive for the 2 nights stay even with the breakfast included. The furniture in the room is old and broken, the carpet smells. The bathroom well I am not sure it was cleaned at all. The shower was leaking constently and had hard water deposit on the walls, looked really bad. The drain was full of someone elses hair ( gross). The toilett lite was very dim and flikering. The air conditioner were super loud. The balcany floor was very old concrete, chipped, broken. Balcany door was hard to open and close and the lock was broken. There was no security in the hotel, anyone could come and go anytime. The breakfast was absolutely dreadful in a dated room. Anyways do not stay at this hotel! Overpriced and just not good!
