A memorable and extremely comfortable stay in a very welcoming hotel

Fabulous spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Staff were a great team who really welcomed us and made us feel at home. Delicious breakfasts that really catered to all tastes. Thank you!

Hello, I'll write a bit long, so please read patiently for clarity. We checked into the hotel on February 28, 2026. We are a family of four, and we booked two double rooms through Booking.com. We were given rooms 202 and 203. We received a friendly welcome. My two daughters were going to stay in room 202. However, from the moment we put our suitcases in the room, within the first 10 minutes, my daughters became uneasy after encountering three insects, approximately 1 cm in size, in the toilet and bathroom. Seeing three insects, I went to reception and reported the situation. This was the first unusual situation I encountered. The receptionist came to the room and wanted to see the insects. I had killed one and thrown it in the trash with a tissue because my daughter was scared; another was dead behind the door, and one had escaped through the door. The receptionist kept insisting that the insects weren't poisonous, which was very upsetting. We went on vacation with the assumption that the 5-star hotel would be safe and clean, but three bugs appeared in the room in five minutes. Is the only problem that they weren't poisonous? Besides, we're not in the Amazon, a garden, or Bali; we're in Seville, in the middle of Europe... Despite these conditions, I even had to request a room change; they had no intention of doing so. They didn't even apologize for the situation. They reluctantly changed rooms. We settled for a lower-segment room :( Luckily, we didn't stay long at the hotel because we had tours planned, and we didn't even open our suitcases in room 302 due to the constant ants and spiders everywhere. I don't understand why there weren't any insect complaints about this hotel before. I didn't think to take pictures of the first few insects because the children were scared, but I took pictures of the ants and spiders so that if the hotel staff wanted to see them, it would be proof. I'm sharing them with you.

Amazing hotel
Pros:

The property is very central to where everything we needed. Most of Seville is within walking distance, we managed to walk most of it with a 7 and 5 year old (although both of them are sporty and well used to walking). Lots of restaurants and bars around. The hotel was clean , larger than expected and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing really, if I had to be picky and choose something I’d probably say it would be nice to have more than 2 mango smoothies available for breakfast considering there’s a few people in the breakfast room. Saying that , I’m being very picky. We would definitely stay here again.

That’s probably the most “not worth the price” experience of my life.
Pros:

The room was new and clean, furniture was good, staff were super friendly - but that’s basically the only positive.

Cons:

For Four Seasons money, you’re getting an Ibis level hotel and a Holiday Inn level breakfast. Not even close to Radisson or Hilton, even though it’s more expensive.

For $440 per night I got a room with literally no view, just a window facing an internal balcony, with a tiny bit of sky somewhere at the top. And the breakfast is a complete joke.There’s no buffet. Okay, fine, no buffet might mean some nice table service like in a good restaurant, right? Nope. I waited 30 minutes for an over-fried omelet and it came with bacon instead of salmon.

This is literally the first 5star hotel in my life where I was forced to find food somewhere else. I’ve stayed in probably 200 hotels in 55 countries, so I do have a reference for how this should be.

I honestly believe the Booking and Google Maps ratings for this hotel are fake or manipulated. You can find way better hotels, with amazing views and actually good breakfast, for half the price.

Great stay and great location.
Pros:

The staff was very welcoming. Yeri and Belen were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make our stay amazing. They really stood out with their Customer service and super friendly attitudes.
