El trato recibido y la facilidad a la hora de hospedarnos.
The property’s interior as a whole is aesthetic and well maintained, externally not so much- the terrace for dinner was beautiful, but even that itself looked a little tired. The room was clean, with decent amenities.
The service and overall hospitality were a huge disappointment. At a 5 star you’d expect everything all the way through to be proactive at a high level, this hotel was WAY off. From the very start upon check in, there were refreshments and smaller snacks to the left as you entered the lobby area, which we were just pretty much left to figure out for ourselves. Zero promptness or explanation from anyone regarding what was available, which bars/restaurants were open, which facilities could be used/booked and at which times- incentive just doesn’t exist in this property.
There was also absolutely no one to be seen throughout our stay, even asking for something as simple as a drink was a chore- an example being having to come down from the 4th floor EVERY single time and physically ask the concierge for a water, beer or wine etc, which is uncomfortable in itself, and then to the audacity to be charged a €5.00 service fee for what exactly????? I can completely understand that the weather was hot, but we’ve stayed in several other hotter counties and 5* resorts that genuinely couldn’t do enough for you. Logic also tells you that if a guest has had to go through the pain of finding a member of staff to ask for a bottle of water once, it doesn’t happen again. Once you’ve arrived with something like a drink, it would make sense to check back in on the guests to potentially provide another or simply clear empty glasses?
We also made a reservation for dinner in their main restaurant which is located downstairs. The restaurant was absolutely open and the main kitchen itself is there too. When we arrived for the reservation the concierge looked shocked, had to make a phone call which lasted a couple of minutes, to then state that they don’t actually think the restaurant was open for dinner that particular night and we’d have to be seated upstairs on the terrace. The terrace offers fantastic views but again, extremely poor from a hotel with a 5* attached to it.
I had a very good stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing.
One of the highlights was the rooftop pool. Although it is quite small, it is very nice and provides a great place to relax and enjoy the views. It added a special touch to the overall experience.
I was very satisfied with the service and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Central location. I could walk everywhere easily. Staff was amazing. They were able to get me transportation when needed and even help me navigate a tricky situation I had!
