Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le personnel est tres agréable, discret et tres professionnel. L'emplacement est parfait pour découvrir Séville. Nous avons eu de tres bons conseils pour découvrir cette tres jolie ville et en français. Nous recommandons l'hôtel. Merci à l'équipe.

Rooftop is nice. Especially pre-season. From May-September will be very hot.
Room is small. Even when booking deluxe room.
Not a 5-star experience. Definitely not Grand Luxe (GL). For 400 € per night you would expect evening turn-down service or superb restaurant or bar service or free water on the room. Also cocktails not good and high price. Rooftop area can be superb but clumsy setup and service.
Restaurant is claimed to be Michelin but also from food and service point of view definitely not. Wine card was good but there they are changing to local wines ?? In total disappointing.
Even at checkout we should get 20% discount on consumptions but it was not taken into account. After asking it was deducted but no sorry no compensation.
It really needs to improve to earn the value!!

A bit worn down. The gym was very limited. Some black mold in the shower.
