Pros:

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel que nous recommandons sans hésiter. L’établissement est extrêmement propre, aussi bien les chambres que les installations communes. Le ménage est irréprochable et l’on sent une vraie attention portée aux détails et aux petites intentions qui font la différence.

Tout le personnel a été aux petits soins durant notre séjour. À chaque demande que nous avons faite, l’équipe a réagi très rapidement avec beaucoup de professionnalisme et de gentillesse. L’hôtel est également idéalement situé : tout peut se faire à pied, ce qui est très appréciable.

Le rooftop ensoleillé est un vrai plus et participe vraiment à l’excellente expérience globale.

Cons:

Petit bémol concernant le petit-déjeuner. Nous ne mangeons pas de porc et une omelette contenant du porc nous a été servie par erreur. Malheureusement, cela ne nous a pas donné envie de retourner prendre le petit-déjeuner sur place, ce qui est dommage car de prime abord celui-ci semblait très qualitatif.

Petit remerciement malgré tout au serveur Santos, qui a été très affecté par cette confusion et s’est montré sincèrement désolé. Nous savons que l’erreur peut arriver et nous ne lui en tenons pas rigueur. L’hôtel a d’ailleurs eu le geste commercial de nous offrir le petit-déjeuner ce jour-là, ce qui était apprécié et professionnel.

En revanche, il est important que l’établissement soit particulièrement vigilant sur ce type de détail à l’avenir, notamment dans une destination comme l’Andalousie qui accueille beaucoup de voyageurs maghrébins, moyen-orientaux et musulmans.

Hormis cela, franchement rien à redire : un très bel hôtel avec un service de grande qualité.

Fabulous care in general but need to relax more with the guests . Too formal at times.
Pros:

Staff are lovely . But breakfast service is litle slow and they need more confidence to engage with the guests.

Pros:

The restuarant, layout and design, thae staff and the quality of the food was absolutely exceptional.
Attention to detail was highly evident.
