Excellent and would stay ther again.
Pros:

The staff was very polite and accomadating. I had an issue with the room being too cold and someone came up within minutes to fix the issue.

Cons:

There was nothibng I disliked.

Fantastic Experience
Pros:

I liked that from the check-in to our check out, customer service was on point. The first room we were assigned was not up to par. When asked how was the room, I reported our concerns, and was immediately assigned another beautiful room. Great Job HOMEWOOD Suites! Whenever we visit Jersey, HOMEWOOD Suites is our go to hotel. NOWHERE ELSE!

Cons:

Outside of the first room we were assigned, there was NOTHING we didn't like!

Good for families vacationing on/at central Jersey shores which are a short drive away.
Pros:

Clean. Comfortable. Rooms were large & had a full size fridge, microwave & dishwasher. Had a large lobby where one could relax. Also a pool & is family & pet friendly. A hot breakfast is available though it’s quality is debatable

Cons:

No walkable conveniences/restaurants. Will need a car to get around.
Had one negative experience which had to do with hotel. Was woken up one night by the fire alarm & an extremely strong smell of marijuana which persisted for hours. Obviously one of the guests had ignored the “non-smoking floor” sign posted prominently. Would suggest exhaust fans in the hallways to manage such odors, should it happen in the future.

Comfortable, good breakfast and overall clean.
Pros:

Facilities are nice.

Cons:

Not sure why but smelled weed smoking, we had the end room at the end of the hall which may have been why if it was on top of a side entrance.

Great place, friendly staff, would stay again
Pros:

Conveniently located, breakfast was a nice touch, the room was amply sized for us and clean.

Cons:

The vents above the waffle station need to be cleaned. This is a very small detail and literally the only thing I found to be not clean. But there is literal dust hanging from both vents and when you are standing for 2:30 waiting for a waffle, you can’t help but notice since it is directly above you.

Pros:

I had to cancel my trip at the last moment due to an illness with my father, please make sure You all know what and whom you're dealing with when planning your trips. These inconsiderate very, apparently uncompassionate people, would not refund, any of our Money. This company will never again use Hilton, that's my Policy. People need to be made aware of these types of People and their "Policies". And if you're looking for Travel insurance to help you out, forget it. Make sure your Legal teams read through all of it.
