Staff and location and room.
Staff were very polite and helpful.
Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

One issue we didn't like, not allowed to eat in the lobby as no restaurant as before and I suggest that you make space for customers didn't like to eat in the room.
Otherwise everything is OK 👍.
