Staff were very helpful
Staff were excellent, couldn't do enough for us. Very basic, but clean and tidy.
Ran out of mailbu on first night, room key cards kept failing. Draught alcohol, first pint always had a tainted taste.
Not the hotels fault, but the EV charge point outside didn't work wither, one of the reasons we booked there.
The pastries were really good
The cooked breakfast looked over cooked. The coffee machine was not working and the juice was very watery.
Check in and out was quick and easy. The room was clean, and we had no issues during our stay.

The noise from the road as the double glazing did not seem to work ( we live in a very quiet close so notice noises)
All the staff were friendly and helpful in the morning for breakfast.
Window didn't work properly, couldn't tilt the window to let air into the room when it was warm in the morning. The window seal was poor and we could hear all the road noises.
The staff were so lovely on the 8th June evening, couldn’t have done more to help us and feel more welcome. Please let them know we appreciated it
