Convenient location. Good TV and decor
No Aircon.
I stayed for two nights, and the location was excellent. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The room was well equipped with everything I needed, and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. The breakfast offered a good variety of choices and was enjoyable.
The restaurant had a very limited selection of meal options. I also experienced an issue with my room key during my stay.

The bed was smaller then we are use to, and a bit hard.
Good location easy to find. Free car parking that’s a must especially if you have driven almost two hundred to get to the hotel. The room had the usual facilities and amenities one would expect. Hair dryer ironing board iron tea coffee.
The room was ok for a reasonable nights stay. The room we got had a horrible smell. We had to spray it with our perfumes to mask the smell. Unfortunately we arrived at 2:30am and was too exhausted to request for another room and slept through it.
Easy to find, bed comfortable
Shower wasn’t great, shower head would not stay in place. kept falling down and spraying into the wall, had to push it all the way back to stay in place or take it out of the holder and hold it myself while trying to wash
Very friendly staff and appreciated dog friendliness
Corridors noisy - could hear people talking as they walked down the corridor - which set our dog off barking (and possibly waking up others)

Ligt helemaal buiten het centrum van Swansea en de busverbinding is niet zo adequaat. Bij navraag om extra stoel in de kamer bleek dit onmogelijk.
