Parking in Swansea is a nightmare so our main priority was having a large and free car park.
Pros:

Lots of parking. 24 hour reception. Friendly staff

Cons:

Bed was too hard. The hotel is in need of a repaint. Breakfast was not very inviting so we ate elsewhere. e.g scrambled eggs made with too much milk and swimming in water. Very limited cereals and fruit.

Pros:

The hotel had easy access and plenty of parking. All the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was very good and the staff very attentive.
Room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

No air con .
Door in bathroom was a bit heavy for my 91 year old mother.

The fine left a bad taste in my mouth

Cons:

I was not told to register my vehicle so incurred a £100 fine. Even if the kiosk was dotted all over the place, not everyone is observant in a new/strange place.
All reception had to do was to give me a heads up. The fine was painful

You must stay here.
Pros:

This was the best Ibis hotel I have stayed in.I have been in many all over Europe and England,The staff were amazing so Happy and helpful,nothing was to much trouble.They went above and beyond to make our stay welcoming and even suggested places for us to walk our dog.which were absolutely delightful..well done to all the staff at this hotel for doing your job so brilliantly and I am sure this is not always easy.we will definitely be back to stay with you again you really made our holiday.thankyou.Dawn and Edwin Bristol.
