Great hotel
Pros:

Excellent location, very clean and very friendly helpful staff

Cons:

Noise at night and early morning if staying in a room at the front, but nothing to stop us staying again.
Plus only coffee enough for 1 night was not replenished and no milk.

Brilliant central Hôtel.
Pros:

Amazing hotel. Great location lovely clean room and good sized bathroom. Breakfast was great and lovely to sit outside to eat. Staff very friendly.

Cons:

Only one lift !

Handy for the station

Very handy for the station

Cons:

It was a little difficult to leave early for our train as the doors were locked and no one at reception or answering the phone. I felt this was also a fire risk.

Great location
Pros:

The location was fantastic, very close to the Eurostar station, as well as the old town.
We stayed in a twin room and were given a room with a balcony which was really lovely. The staff were lovely and welcoming, stored our luggage for us before check in and after check out, and answered any questions we had. It was very good value for money.

Cons:

The room was quite small and could have had a few more amenities to make it comfortable (e.g more soft furnishings) but for the price it was to be expected.
