Overall it was great experience for my family

My phone in the room wasn’t working and had to go to the front desk twice to have it fixed

I would gladly return.
Pros:

Everyone was so kind especially one of the staff members I wish I got his name because there was no parking and he went beyond customer service and moved his car for us so we could park.He worked at night I think grave yard shift and had long hair.We need more people like him.

Cons:

Nothing really probably more parking or free parking because I thought that was crazy.

Great Hotel
Pros:

Very clean, staff is very friendly. Richard always welcomed us back from being out. Breakfast was top notch. Location was awesome and beach was never crowded. We look forward to coming back.

Cons:

Fold out bed wasn’t best.

Convenient for brief stays.
Pros:

The shop in the lobby being open 24/7, the food variety of the breakfast, and the property being beachfront were all a plus.

Cons:

Noisy, walls and ceilings were thin, 1st floor rooms, outdoor space directly outside of our room was shared with many other rooms, lack of privacy, bathtub was leaky and run down, fridge in our room didn’t work, limited parking, an extra charge for parking, the beach being overly populated with unoccupied chairs and umbrellas.

Pros:

LOVED the staff! They were super friendly and accommodating. Everything was close and convenient, ESPECIALLY the beach with the hotel amenities.

Cons:

Parking is not the greatest depending on your timing. The building and a lot of it furnishings were just old, clean and cared for, but old and could use some new life.
