The fact that we paid almost 100 dollars just for parking was ridiculous. Staff was rude and judgmental. We wont be staying here again which is sad because this is where we stayed every time we visited the island, which was 3ntimes a year.
The expensive paid parking and rude staff especially some females.
All of the staff, the resort even the people also staying at the resort were amazing! The food was amazingly delicious and authentic Mexican breakfast! I will forever recommend La Copa!

The location was great, the property was clean and comfortable, and we really enjoyed being so close to the beach. The pool area was nice, and we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Honestly, we had a great experience and don’t have anything negative to say. Everything worked well for our short stay.
Son organizados, el desayuno está bien tiene variedad, está limpio, está muy cerca de la playa eso m gusta mucho.
Lo q no me gustó q en la habitación de a lado estaban fumando y se pasó el olor a mi habitación eso no m había pasado en ningún hotel y no m sentí cómoda con el olor no era de cigarro normal.

El desyauno fue bueno, las instalaciones tambien son muy comodas en relacion al precio, el personal es amable, en general una estadia agradable.
la distancia entre el hotel y la playa es algo larga, si consideras que debes de cargar muchas cosas, tampoco me gusto que me cobraran estacionamiento una vez que pague estadia, creo que es un servicio obvio que debes de brindarle a tus huespedes
hot breakfast and omelette service was great. beach is exceptional. rooms were clean but they dont make cleaning each day you stay. I prefer each day cleaning.
