Pros:

El wifi imposible conecten la habitación. La televisión no funcionaba, señal de celular adentro de la habitación imposible. Larguísimo fila para el check in, 4 horas de retraso para ingresar a la habitación. El parking es pago y es imposible estacionar lleno siempre incluso en el estacionamiento para personas discapacitadas turistas normales estacionados. El desayuno muy pobre y sin calidad. La piscina llena de gente con alcohol adentro y entre niños. La rampa para ir a la playa con una gran escalera al final lo que no permite el acceso con un carro de playa ni personas discapacitadas. La ducha de baño casi no sale agua. Los ruidos de los turistas del piso de arriba era insoportable avisé a recepción y no hicieron nada. 1 lavadora y 1 secadora de pago para todo el hotel. Siempre ocupado. Y puedo seguir todo el día detallando errores. Muy mala experiencia primera y última vez que voy con mi familia.

The hotel was located in a perfect spot w/access to the beach!
Pros:

The facility was clean and kept up fairly nicely.

Cons:

I didn’t like NOT having DAILY maidservice. Although the front desk was able to supply clean towels for us when we asked, I still wanted someone to come pick up our daily trash, make the beds, and clean the bathroom. The maidservice came only once every 2days. For me, that doesn’t work.

the property was great! however i booked with booking.com and they messed up my booking and overbooked the ocean view La copa was great booking.com was not!! and i have been trying to get this figured out but booking.comb will not respond to me or my emails

It was overall a great stay and I would book again.
Pros:

I like the access to the beach and the restaurant.

Cons:

I did not like the lake of parking space. I did not like the breakfast options. For someone that doesn't eat eggs I expected more options and more breakfast meats like bacon and sausage.

Pros:

Our room was so clean and the beds were very comfortable. The beach was perfect walking distance and the pool was very relaxing. Breakfast was amazing, so many great options, everything was flavorful and our favorite thing was the burritos and waffles topped with strawberries and whipped cream, yum.

Cons:

I had received an email that my check in is at 3pm. So we get there 15 minutes before but upon my check in the young lady tells me she can pre check me in at 3pm but that I would have to wait around due to my check in not being until 4pm. Luckily I had the email that stated my check in was at 3 and she honored it but said she could not give me my key until 3 and that I had to wait 5 minutes.
