Pros:

The property was nice and very clean. I love that it was close to the bridge and had close access to the beach. Great location.

Cons:

Everything was great. If I had one complaint it was just one of the lady’s that was making breakfast tacos was a little rude. The rest of the staff were amazing.

Meh choose another hotel

Very close to everything

Cons:

Staff did not let anyone check in till 3pm on the dot, pool was bath water temp, not refreshing at all, bed squeaky like a swing in a horror movie, pool towels were always out, took 2 or 3 calls to get anything from the desk we needed. Ie towels, comforter etc. charging for parking now (10 a day) when it used to be free.

Pros:

Breakfast was great. Front desk staff was exceptional with assisting us.

Cons:

Being charged for an umbrella and chairs was outrageous. We did not return to the beach

Don't stay here. It's fancy and all but you could definitely get a better deal for your coin somewhere else. The

Cons:

That they charge for parking on the property and don't list it on their listings. I also checked in at 2:56 and the front desk lady gave me pool bracelets and sent me back to the end of the line because they could not give me the key until 3 pm. The line was outside the door and I didn't get into my room until 3:40.

Great location
Pros:

Distance to the beach. happy hour with live music was great. Breakfast time was very convenient.

Cons:

The parking, there is enough parking for paying guests but not enough for the extra people that park and walk on through the hotel. Not enough parking for all of that. I stayed five days and saw this over and over daily. I was afraid to leave as I came back I’d have a trek to my room.

We loved South Padre and La Copa was ok, but not great…
Pros:

The location was great, right on the beach and within walking distance of a few good shops and restaurants. The fact that parking was free was a huge plus!!

Cons:

It was a little tired and lacked a feel good factor. Thought it was poor vfm in all honesty and would be unlikely to book again. The resort was fantastic and would definitely recommend

the property was nice & clean

Cons:

i did not like that i payed for a beach view & got my room on second floor i was able to hear all the noice coming down from the pool ,to top it off my room was right next to someone that had DOGS they did not let me sleep there was too much barking im so dissapointed.
