Pros:

Poloha, blízko jezera, Coop a Migros hned vedle.

The apartment is very nice and very clean, the balcony is great, they are very understanding, they answered all my questions instantly, they welcomed the early check-in request, the location is good, if I come again, I will stay here again, thank you

Location was good.
All facilities you needed were available.
We didn't see any staff except when leaving but we had no issues so I guess we didn't need to see anyone

Il faisait très chaud (11 juillet). Le petit balcon en haut de l'immeuble (4em), au calme et frais, était un plus vraiment précieux.

Beautiful modern apartment in great location for lake and city centre.
Pros:

Beautiful spacious and ultra-modern rooftop apartment with excellent furnishings and facilities. Large fan and a portable air con unit were most welcome as there was a heatwave throughout our stay. Location excellent for both the lake (10 minute walk) and city centre/Old Town (10 minute tram ride from nearby stop).

Cons:

Lack of instructions on how to use certain appliances; the tv’s (2 in our apartment) were particularly difficult to fathom.

Vybavení pokoje, včetně soukromé terasy, na pokoji pračka a sušička. Všechno působilo čistě a nově.

Cons:

Do 4. patra byl výtah, do našeho pokoje v 5. patře vedly strmé schody.

Clean, efficient, comfortable and convient.
Pros:

The property was very clean and seems to be very well run. I had no personal interaction with staff persons (only by email). The room was surprisingly quiet and was mostly comfortable. The little balcony was a nice bonus. The location made getting groceries very easy (there is a supermarket across the street) and transportation couldn’t have been more convenient with trams just steps from the property and two train stations very close by.

Cons:

I wish there had been a coffee maker (Nespresso) and some coffee or tea in the room; everything else for a kitchen was provided (including a kettle) except for that. There was a minor issue with oversized furniture taking up a large amount of floor space, making it awkward to move about (especially at night in the dark). Smaller pieces in a room this size would be more appropriate (not a big issue).
