Won’t book there again.
Pros:

I find as time goes on, my Marriott membership means less and less.

Cons:

Parking rates even though the fella at the counter gave me a break. The only reason why I booked there was because of the free parking I thought was the case.

Clean and Comfortable
Pros:

Enjoyed my stay. Staff were pleasant. Accommodations were clean and up to date. The food in the cafe were very good and we enjoyed every meal we ate in the hotel.

Cons:

Enjoyed my stay, however a few items caught me by surprise. Paying for parking at $30/day was not ideal, I really do not like to submit emails, as I already am bombarded with emails, but having to submit my email address in order to use the wifi is not my first choice.

Pros:

Staff very helpful. Room very comfortable & spacious. Very clean. Well equipped.

Cons:

Although we knew the upper floors were under renovation, contactors should NOT be drilling at 3 am in the morning, nor working during the period midnight to the morning. Otherwise we could have rated our staff as superb. One small issue was for tea drinkers we would never use water not boiled in a kettle. But the coffee was good!

i would come vist again and stay at the same place
Pros:

i like that no matter what time it was that i came in i was greeted with the same smile. staff was great. when needed new comforter they came right away without any hesitation. overall great experience.

the property was well kept

Cons:

my only complaint is that there was a blood stain on the top comforter didnt notice until the following day.

why is breakfast not included?

Pros:

Friendly lobby staff. Smells nice and clean.

Cons:

Conditioner was empty for showering. Noisy neighbours until 1am and nothing was done about it.

The room was all new, fully renovated, and modern. Well thought out design and details
