Important information:

The the pool is open from late June to early September depending on the weather. Please note that there are two buildings, the entrance can be found at the Scarlett residence. Reception Opening Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 10:00-12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00 Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00 Sunday: 10:00-12:00. The reception is closed on Wednesday all day and on Sunday afternoon. Please note that for all arrivals before 17:00 and after 19:00, guests must contact the property in advance by telephone in order to organize check-in. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. Please note that energy fees are not charged in July and August. Please note that TV is available at an extra cost of EUR 29 the 1st week and EUR 15 per additionnal week. This is subject to availability and upon prior request during the reservation process. You can bring your own towels and bed linen or rent them on site at an extra cost of : - EUR 9 per person for bed linen - EUR 9 per person for towels. For stays from 2 to 6 nights, the end-of-stay cleaning fee is included in the price. Guests are expected to clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes before check-out. The costs related to energy are not included in the indicated rates, the flat rate charged will be according to the periodEnergy costs are not included in the price and will be charged according to guest use, upon departure.

Clean, Bright, and Comfortable accommodation.
Pros:

The apartment was clean and bright. Lovely staff and very welcoming and helpful. The location was a 5 min walk to the beach and 15 to the main centre. Parking was free and outside the apartment. Palavas has a very strict and enforced parking situation. It was a great peace of mind to leave the car. The bed was comfy, and the air-conditioning was nice and cool.

Cons:

Had a small issue with the chair when the leg of it gave way, but the on-site manager fixed it straight away. We would highly recommend this site for a stay at Palavas les Flots 😀

Emplacement au top,accès plage et centre ville à pieds en quelques minutes.
Idéal pour les familles le logement est très fonctionnel.
Résidence sécurisée :accès uniquement avec un badge,le parking gratuit dans la résidence est très appréciable.

Вас никто не ждёт. В апартаментах плесень и всюду запах и вонь
плесени, домикам очень много лет!! Стены покрашено белой краской но плесень проходит через покраску. Мы осмотрели 3 варианта и везде была плесень. Алергикам и людям с брнонхиальной астом сюла приезжать нельзя!! Не приветливый персонал- невозможно дозвониться, у них всегда не рабочее время, если повезет пообщаться - вам сделают одолжение с недовольным видом.Мы не могли дозвониться не могли попасть на територию, также не могли дозвониться при выезде, передать ключ и осмотр квартиры. Это важно так как вы здесь всем должны и на вас могуть списать все нюансы. Другие люди также ждали полдня. Снимают деньги за депозит и не известно вернут или нет. На емейлы администратор не отвечает . Вы дополнительно должны за все заплатить- телевизор, кондиционер, уборка, постель, животные. Нам не нужен был телевизор и кондиционер но администратор отказалась забрать пульты. Было не очень чисто, двери шкафа поломаны, окна очень потрепаные и нет москитной сетки а комары есть. Самый негативный отдых.

At an edge to disaster.
Pros:

The sea shore, the sights were awesome. France is a beautifull country.

Cons:

The personal crew dosen't speek english, wich is a french problem in general,.from what I saw. When asked if they are speacking other language than english, it was like they took it personally. They speek to you like you are a low born, Actually, you are a tourist, a guest, a customer and they have to comply with this
Beside this, the propriety was not at all as it was presented in the pictures..

L'hébergement est fonctionnel et le séjour s'est bien passé au calme et proche de la mer.
Sandrine est très agréable et efficace.

Le logement manque juste d'une machine à laver pour qu'il soit parfait !
