The property's reception opening hours are:
- Sunday to Friday: 9:00 to 11:00 and 16:00 to 20:00, during the summer.
- Sunday to Friday: 9:00 to 11:00 and 17:00 to 19:00, during the winter.
- Saturday: 9:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00, during the winter.
The reception is closed on Wednesdays.
Please note that for all arrivals before 17:00 and after 19:00, guests must contact the property in advance by telephone in order to organise check-in. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation.
Please note that the city tax is to be paid upon arrival on site.
Additional charge for optional services to be paid on site as follows:
- Baby bed: EUR 15 per week
- Baby high chair: EUR 5 per week
- Baby bed + baby high chair kit: EUR 25 per week.
Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of EUR 10 per night and EUR 59 per week.

Mooie uitvalsbasis om een touretappe te bezoeken en om wandelingen te maken in de bergen.
Er staat in de omschrijving dat de appartementen gerenoveerd zijn. Maar er staat niet bij wanneer..........20 jaar geleden?
Op zich functioneert alles wel, maar het is een oud, uitgeleefd donker hok. Bedden/matrassen zijn aan vervanging toe.
Zwembad is al om zes uur dicht.
Koffiezetapparaat moet ontkalkt worden.
Bij vertrek was de receptie dicht, terwijl die wel open zou moeten zijn.
De borg van EUR 300! Krijg je pas na 2 weken terug, schandalig voor zo'n slecht appartement. En wie bepaalt dan of je het wel of niet terugkrijgt?

Meget småt, man skulle selv gøre rent i lejligheden ( det fremgik ikke ved booking og der var ingen rengørings midler) , dyrt i forhold til kvaliteten.

It was exactly as described and excellent value for the half term week. Worked well for skiing as v close to gondola up the mountain. Staff attentive to emails prior to our arrival.
The pillows were not great (wished we had bought our own). Would have been nice if the jacuzzi was working.
More cutlery and crockery would also have been helpful.
Should have read the reviews before booking, I experienced most of the negative comments i read in the reviews including unfriendly and unhelpful staff ( rarely someone at reception even at advertised times), penny pinching and hidden costs ( had to pay for sheets and pillow cases and buy our own toilet roll) no parking, an advertised pool that shut at at 6pm, a broken Jacuzzi.
Appt needed sweeping on arrival. Severe black mold on bathroom tiles - They might notice that I eradicated it for them before leaving. Instructed to download and print the pre-filled check-in form I duly did so - they didn't want it. They wanted the same info (except emergency contact) on a different check in form on arrival. No mention anywhere that towels and bed sheets are charged extra - they didn't even ask if I wanted them on my arrival. Reception hours are completely different from those published via Expedia so they were closed when I returned to ask about sheets. Ski locker didn't open with door key (as they are meant to) - no solution offered just a shrug from reception. Public areas are not effectively cleaned. One of two lifts broken on arrival - fixed but broken again by end of week. No onsite staff to deal with late-night rowdy residents. Generally a very badly managed accommodation which could be so good with some actual effort. I won't be returning.
Linen not included had to pay extra, had to leave a large deposit. Reception barely open, and contact number never answered or responded.
Property not very clean on arrival, but for the price the property was pretty good. Pool opening times not convenient for use in conjunction with skiing!
Good size rooms with most things you would need.
Close to the ski lift with a regular free bus service.

The shuttle bus is handy for the skiers.
No lights in the entrance of the building.The room was cold on arrival and we didn't have enough blankets.
Studio pour 4 tout a fait correct et propre même si pas très moderne, par contre être au 1er avec vue sur le parking pas terrible et pas rassurant pour la sécurité.
