Pulizia. Calore ambienti. Colazione

Cons:

Letto matrimoniale piccolo. Non c’era riscaldamento in bagno. C’era la vasca ma non il tappo per riempirla e fare il bagno.

The location for attending a birthday party nearby. Bed was very comfy.

Cons:

The lack of atmosphere. Staff okay but not overly friendly or as professional as they could be for a 4 star hotel. The ceiling light at the entrance to the bedroom did not work. Some of the cups and cutlery in tea station in room were not clean. Pool area was OK but could be cleaner. Mold on drains in the cold shower by sauma/steamrom. Very off-putting.
