Lovely hotel, one member of staff absolutely ruined it, should have asked for a refund
Pros:

Room very spacious, good shower and bed. Smart TV too.

Cons:

After returning to the hotel at night the doors were locked, we knocked on the doors and pressed the bell multiple times. After 15 minutes someone appeared to open the door. When he opened the door “what are you knocking on the door for”. We told him we were standing there for 15 minutes. He replied, “you come late, you can wait 30 minutes next time”. We were shocked by what he had said, and asked what his problem was. He replied “I don’t care, you come late what do you expect”. We told him that this is a hotel and the doors shouldn’t be locked. He threw his hands in the air and walked away into a back room. We believe he was supposed to be manning the reception desk and wasn’t expecting anyone else to come in for the night. When he got caught out he didn’t know how to act and took it out on us. I have never encountered such unprofessionalism from a staff member before in my life. We paid very good money to stay for one night, and to be treated like that is unacceptable.
