Pros:

Funcionários muito amigáveis e simpáticos. Gostei da facilidade e conveniência para alugar carro ou scooter (vc realmente vai precisar disto em Palma).
Hotel muito bom, limpo, amplo, cheiroso. Vizinhança boa.

Cons:

Não é um problema específico deste hotel em si, mas um problema geral dos hotéis na Europa. Não gosto do quarto com duas camas de solteiro.

In general, everything is excellent in terms of quality and payment for the room
Pros:

Great location. The beach is not far away, only 10 minutes on foot. Breakfasts at the highest level, a huge variety of products, greens, vegetables, pastries. Very nice staff. There is a very tasty fish restaurant near the hotel, where the catch immediately gets on the table

Cons:

There were no necessary simple things, for example, paper with a pencil or a pen in the room, tea/coffee to drink at the end of the day before going to bed on the balcony and discuss the impressions of the day
