La propreté de l'hôtel et le personnel (mention pour la piscine ouverte à l'avance).

Cons:

Les toilettes trop petites, cuisses collées à la vitre de douche. On ne peut pas s'asseoir correctement. Manque de climatisation dans le hall et certaines parties de l'hôtel.

Schönes Hotel, Zimmer gut mit Balkon. Check in super easy u sehr freundlich!
Frühstück war sehr gut und abends haben wir auch einmal gegessen - war auch lecker!
Der Mitarbeiter bei den Omelettes war unfassbar freundlich u gut gelaunt 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Parkplatz kann man den kostenlosen unten an der Hauptstraße nutzen, kann man zu Fuß in 4 min hinlaufen.

Pros:

Location was excellent 10' walk from the beach and restaurants zone. Also 5' from bus stop to go to the city centre. Bedroom was very modern, clean and comfortable. The balcony with pool/ city view was amazing. The breakfast was very varied and so fresh and tasty. Staff was lovely. I'm only taking one star because the booking didn't disclose we couldn't use the pool because there was no lifeguard on duty which was very disappointing. But the rest was 5/5

Really good value for money,in a chilled area of Palma. Amazing staff!!
Pros:

Great room with a double bed. The view wasn’t the best but still had a balcony. The shower is amazing !

Cons:

There wasn’t any problems with the property. Only thing was we tried to put the AC on and it was blowing hot air. That could have been us though

Everything was amazing.
Pros:

We were completely satisfied with the accommodation. There is a 24-hour reception, so our late evening arrival was not a problem. The staff were kind and helpful. It is possible to complete an online check-in two days before arrival, which made the process even faster.
We requested breakfast with our stay, and I must say the selection was truly plentiful. Every morning we had delicious breakfasts, and Samuel was the best. He created a great atmosphere in the restaurant and prepared incredibly tasty omelets on the spot, customized to our preferences.
The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was well-equipped (towels, soap, shampoo, etc.). The hotel’s location is also wonderful—just a 5–10 minute walk from the beach. The bus stop is at the end of the street, and the city center can be reached in 15–20 minutes by bus.
Everything was perfect, and I can only recommend this place.

Teljesen meg voltunk elégedve a szállással. 24 órás recepció működik, így a késő esti érkezésünkkor nem volt probléma. A személyzet kedves és segítőkész. Előre be lehet online check-in-elni az érkezés előtt 2 nappal, ami még gyorsabbá tette a folyamatot. Reggelit kértünk a szállás mellé és azt kell mondjam igazán bőséges volt a kínálat. Minden reggel nagyon finomakat reggeliztünk és Samuel volt a legjobb. Nagyon jó hangulatot teremtett az étteremben és isteni finom omlettet készített ott helyben, személyre szabottan. A szoba tágas, kényelmes volt az ágy, a fürdőszoba is felszerelt (törülköző, szappan, sampon,stb.) A hotel elhelyezkedése is mesés, 5-10 perc sétára található a strand. A buszmegálló az utca végén található. És a városközpont 15-20 perc busszal. Minden tökéletes volt és csak ajánlani tudom a helyet.

Very sweet and clean hotel fo families
Pros:

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Hotel Joan Miró Museum with my kids, and it truly exceeded our expectations!

The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile – which made traveling with children so much easier and more enjoyable. You can really feel that they care about their guests. Thank you!
