Lovely hotel, reception was very helpful with any questions we had. Good choice at breakfast, the rooms are modern and cleaned to a great standard daily. The location was a 10 minute walk to the bus/ tram station to get into Venice I would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay

Reaĺly good hotel. Service was amazing. Restaurant was good albeit dined there twice and second time wasnt as good. Advertised spa ans massage facilities, including a brochure about treatments in my room, but the masseuse was on holiday and not available so that was disappointing.

You can hear noise from room to room. They don’t give enough water in the room. It’s a convenient location if travelling into Venice for the day.

The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was a bit chaotic, but there were plenty of options to choose from.

Booked this hotel for my son and he liked everything about this property except the beds, which are quite hard. He mentioned the staff were very friendly and helpful and would recommend this hotel.

Great location, easy to hop over to Venice. Parking was a pain in the but and even though we paid $20/ night we still had to park outside the gate more than once. Breakfast was pretty dope though.

The room

Elite Mestre Hotel is a great little hotel to stay in while visiting Venice and the other islands. Our room was small but comfortable and the WiFi was consistently great- these were the two important elements for us. The breakfast was ok. It is easy to catch a bus or a tram within five minutes to get to Venice, and there are a number of restaurants within a twenty minute walk of the hotel in Mestre. We didn’t use the spa facilities since they would have cost money and we never felt we had the time - though it would have been very nice to take a dip in a pool after the hot days in Venice.

Stayed here for 4 nights. The staff were pleasant and the public areas like the lobby are quite nice, but i wouldnt say its a 4* status hotel.

The location isnt great. There isnt much else around locally for convenience to shop or go for a bite to eat. It didnt feel like a great area, whicj was confinred when we realised the building next door is a local coirthouse. However, the tram stop for Venice is a 3 minute walk away. This hotel relies on the tram service, otherwise it makes no snese to stay here.

The room felt dated. Didnt like tje see through glass door for the bathroom. TV is wuite old and cant stream from an app or phone. Tje air con is super noisy and cant be used at night for tjis reason. The fridge never kept constsntly cold.

My wife tried the spa and said it wasnt great. For what it costs to enter she expected more.

Breakfast. Hotdogs as sausages and scrambled eggs from a bottle or packet. Fruit juices were not fresh. I cant commenr on coffee as i dont drink it. I didnt mind as i wasnt oaying for my stay, but it was dissapointing compared to other 4* hotels thay do a mucj better job at breakfast.

If yoive booked already - dont panic! Its okay and a good base to get into Venice quickly. But i dont think I would come back or recommend to others.

Handy hotel for minimum rest stop in Venice

The hotel truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional, making check-in smooth and quick. Marcelo was very friendly. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could have asked for. The bed was super comfortable.

The hotel’s location was also perfect—close to local attractions/transportation, making it easy to explore the area.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend anyone visiting the area.

I didnt like that i have to pay to use the pool and i have to paid for a towels is the first time that i have to pay for all these things to use

Our stay at Elite hotel was comfortable, breakfast was good and hotel is just 7 mins from tram stop which takes 15 mins to Venice. We did not use the spa.
