Need to have a better process of verifying pest control and to timely handle room issues.
Pros:

Complimentary breakfast was well apportioned. Good location for where we were going.

Cons:

Room was musty with odd chemical smell. Found ants running around on the floor and windowsill. Reported issue to front desk and was told no other rooms were available. Front desk indicated they do not have a pest problem and are inspected and treated weekly. Indications are they found ants earlier and attempted to treat however clearly were not successful. Too late to find alternative hotel room. Ended up killing over two dozen ants. Luckly found no indication ants were making it into the bed. Front desk personnel do not have the ability to handle major issues. The manager needs to be more available to handle major issues in a timely basis. Customer should not have to email the manager to get resolution on these issues.

I think we will stay at a different hotel next time!!!
Pros:

Pool area was clean, breakfast was good and remodeled room without carpet.

Cons:

The second night we killed 5 crickets and 2 we couldn’t find that chirped the entire night. It was the night before our Son-in-law’s White Coat ceremony for Mes School at University of Iowa in Iowa City. We were frustrated with the irritating sound all night and kept thinking it would just stop. We are farmers and travel all over the world and understand a cricket but several when there were none the night before seemed suspicious! It took a couple of emails to get a response and we were offered 10% off the rack rate (which I have no idea what that means) on our next stay. I think we will try a different hotel next time!!!

Great location. Would stay again but would bring my own pillow.

The hot tub was clean and the breakfast was good. Beds were decent.

Pros:

Easy to get to. The location was good. Close to stores. And gas station. Friendly staff. Good breakfast, nice pool. Beds were comfortable. Restaurants close by. Good price for room. Very Roomy room.They give you plenty of towels. Plenty of outlets for all your electronics.

Pros:

Breakfast room was very large providing a comfort space to enjoy breakfast. Had a great a great TV channel selection - I was able to watch the O's vs Red Sox game.

We were hardly in our room because of a baseball tournament. Over all it was decent.
Pros:

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Cleanliness overall was great.

Cons:

The beds aren’t very comfortable. Mattresses are pretty hard.

We would definitely stay here again. Location is convenient to everything!
Pros:

Breakfast was wonderful! Way more hot food than we expected. Nice dining area, great help, constantly cleaning! Scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausages, muffins, waffles, juices, good coffee, all wonderful!

Cons:

No complaints whatsoever!
