Best part was the courtyard and bar
Pros:

The staff upon check-in could have been nicer. She couldn't find my reservation and made me feel like I didn't belong there. Once she found it she didn't apologize. Typical Santa Fe hotel staff. Not the friendliest.

Cons:

Staff. Not rude. But not welcoming. The room was average at best.

Excellent, this is the only place I will stay in Santa Fe.
Pros:

This place is amazing. The staff were exceptional, they all called me by name. The food truck located permanently onsite has great food selections. There are several fireplaces in the bar, which has a great vibe. I have stayed in many places in Santa Fe, the. El Rey was by far the best!

Cons:

Parking can get a little tight, especially on the weekends.

Great stay for the money.
Pros:

The room had so much character. It was just what we wanted. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The beds were exceptional.

Cons:

It was in need of a little updating. Although it was in need of a little TLC it was clean and well stocked.

Southwest vibe
Pros:

Excellent place to stay. Room was spacious and nicely decorated. No breakfast included but food truck available on site with outdoor or indoor seating area. Must enjoy a cocktail and live music on site to fully enjoy the place.

Central hotel with beautiful nature scenery, no frills stay in SF.
Pros:

Beautiful, nature focused, generally quiet, private but in the middle of everything. I would stay again.

Cons:

The pillows were a 0/10, I had to take off a sheet & fold it on top of my two pillows to sleep, thin walls so when you do have neighbors, you can certainly hear them. A few little crumbs on the floor when we first got there. We tried to go to the restaurant a few times, but they were out of stock of the things we wanted to try most.

Step back in time but with all the modern conveniences
Pros:

This cute little boutique hotel has such a vibe! Groovy lounge with live music, excellent food truck for am and pm fresh fare. Room was super cute retro and clean.

An affordable, comfortable, fun southwestern stay!
Pros:

This was quite a find and a gem in Santa Fe! Everything about it was wonderful. I loved the experience and how affordable it was. My room was super cute and very clean. The motel had a lot to offer a guest in terms of a cute bar, a lounge area with a Kiva fireplace, an entertainment during the stay. The staff was very friendly and competent. I would go back and stay in a heartbeat!

Loved our stay- we'll be back!
Pros:

Loved the vibe- it was so quaint and felt like you were on a far away vacation. It was a super close drive to the railyard, the plaza, Meow Wolf, everywhere we planned to visit. We loved the entertainment- live music one night and tarot readings another. Drinks and food from La Reina were perfect!

Rooms $200 a night but they can't afford fitted sheets
Pros:

The grounds are very nice and a piece of history but that's the nicest thing I can say; the room had mildew in the bathroom, a leaky faucet, and no fitted sheets.
