La infraestructura: no hay buen internet (falla constantemente), el aire acondicionado no funciona, son rígidos sin permitir cambios de recámaras Y tampoco devuelven el dinero a pesar de que fallan sus instalaicones.

No respetan las reservaciones hechas en Booking, argumentando que no pueden ver lo que se reserva en esa plataforma. Ofrecen habitaciones “con vista al mar” que en realidad son vista a la calle que da hacia la playa. La limpieza deja mucho que desear; tuve que devolver una almohada porque estaba sucia desde el momento en que me entregaron la habitación. Las instalaciones están descuidadas y el servicio es deficiente. No hay equilibrio entre calidad y precio: es excesivamente caro para lo que ofrecen. Por una diferencia mínima, me pude cambiar a un hotel cercano con verdaderas habitaciones con vista al mar, limpieza adecuada y un ambiente de hotel, no de hostal descuidado y sucio.

NO CUMPLIERON CON LO SOLICITADO A TRAVES DE BOOKING. RESERVE UNA CAMA MATRIMONIAL Y UNA INDIVIDUAL, Y SOLO NOS DIERON UNA CAMA QUEEN SIZE. NO HABIA AGUA CALIENTE EN LA REGADERA. EL ESTACIONAMIENTO MUY LIMITADO. Y POCO PRACTICO. EL INTERNET ERA INTERMITENTE. EN LAS NOCHES LO DESCONECTABAN, Y NO SE PODÍA VER TELEVISIÓN. PESIMO EL SERVICIO, AL NO TENER OTRA OPCION, NOS TUVIMOS QUE QUEDAR AHI.

El Wifi no funciona, el mosquitero se cae, no hay lugar para guardar ropa, la cama estaba sucia, había muchos zancudos en la habitación, los controles no sirven las pilas, los camastros están viejos y son un peligro, el barandal es un peligro ya que la madera está rota. Ofrecen vista al mar y es vista a una calle lateral que termina en el mar.

sinceramente muy amables en mi estadia, el dueño totalmente flexible y agradable al igual que su esposa, las habitaciones muy limpias, muy romanticas con vista al mar, si vas en pareja te va a encantar tomarte un vinito en tu balcon, la verdad es que recomiendo muchisimo la estadia ahi
