Disappointed as this is my preferred hotel when I visit my son in Worcester
Cons:

The exterior lock to our room did NOT lock the entire time . We were forced to pack up and take our luggage every time we left the room. No other rooms available .after we complained no response.

Cons:

Even though we booked and paid for a room with two beds, we received a message after the booking that they would be assigned based on availability. We arrived at 3 pm, the check in time, and were told there were only King rooms available. When I said I called two days earlier to request a two bed room and was told I would receive one, adjustments were made for us to be assigned the two bed room. The room card keys were very difficult to use and took multiple tries to work. We were careful not put the cards near magnetic devices as advised by the Front Desk.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. It had a great location as well.
Pros:

I wish I was familiar with the area before I booked it because I would have liked to have stayed and explored the area for the day. There was a huge shopping mall right up the road that I would have loved to have shopped at but we were on a time crunch.

Cons:

I can't say that there was anything that I didnt like. We had a great stay. The hotel was in a nice location and was super clean.

Warm, comfortable, safe and welcoming
Pros:

I really enjoyed the the layout of the room and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom had great lighting, the room was warm when we walked in which I appreciated after coming in from the snow storm.

Cons:

I didn’t love the shower as much. There wasn’t much water pressure and the tub had some black staining to it. They also went heavy on the caulking to keep the soap holder in the wall and to keep the drain stopped lever in the wall as well. Also a few stains on the bed and a semi odd smell when we walked into the room
