Cons:

Provide real half & half to go with the excellent coffee. I’m glad I brought my own from home, not everyone likes the chemicals in the non-dairy creamer you provided.

Unhelpful Staff, Did Not Honor Reservation

The room rate was affordable, the exterior of the hotel was clean and well maintained, and the coffee was good.

Cons:

On the downside, the corridors had poor ventilation, and there were people lingering in the lobby who did not appear to be hotel guests, which made the atmosphere feel less comfortable.

The biggest issue was with my reservation. I booked and prepaid for two rooms, but when I arrived, I was told only one room was available and the other had been canceled.

I was left to figure out the situation myself and had to arrange another room at the last minute. While the staff explained the room was unavailable, there was little assistance in resolving the issue, and the burden of finding a solution fell on me. This experience significantly impacted an otherwise decent stay.

No longer our go-to place
Pros:

This has been my go-to place when visiting friends in the area. Unfortunately, I think I'll be looking for a different place for next time.

We visited during the "heat dome" event, so temps were in the high 90's. Not sure whether that was the cause, but our room AC could not keep up, even though it was set to its lowest setting. There was no AC in the hallways and the breakfast area had fans set up.

The room was clean enough, but the carpeting is tired and the whole place needs a deep cleaning and update.
