Accoglienza receptionist. Continuava gli affari suoi, senza seguire il suo dovere.
The staff included everybody.
La cama super grande y muy cómoda. El baño muy amplio. Desayuno completo.: unas tartas con una pintas espectacular, huevos embutidos, tostadas , galletas , fruta... No falta nada.
La moqueta de los pasillos está muy estropeada, cuando la ves te da como mala sensación.... Pero nada que ver dentro de las habitaciones.
Quarto e casa de banho espaçosos.

Le seul point positif de notre séjour a été la qualité de la literie qui était confortable. Pour le reste, nous avons rien apprécié. L’état général de l’Hotel est très décevant, il n’y avait pas de climatisation et la chambre n’était pas adaptée aux personnes à mobilité réduite, malgré ce qui nous a été annoncé lors de la réservation.
Nous n’avons pratiquement rien aimé. L’hôtel est très vétuste et mal entretenue, mur et plafonds abîmés, moquette très sale Prise endommagé et nombreuses réparations visibles, il n’y avait pas de climatisation malgré la chaleur le plus grave et que la chambre annoncé comme adapté aux personnes handicapées ne l’était pas du tout. La douche est inaccessible à une personne à mobilité réduite. La description de l’hôtel ne correspond pas à la réalité pour le prix payé c’est très décevant et une très mauvaise image donné a Booking

La maleducazione dello staff, in primis il suddetto direttore che quando mi sono arrabbiata per avermi cambiato 4 camere perché non funzionava l’aria condizionata mi ha trattato malissimo e non salutava mai , premesso che la prima cosa dovrebbe essere l accoglienza al cliente
