Buongiorno,

scrivo per segnalare che la struttura in cui ho soggiornato non rispecchia minimamente gli standard attesi per il prezzo pagato
Le condizioni igieniche e manutentive erano inaccettabili:
• Moquette del corridoio visibilmente sporca già dall’ingresso.
• Soffitto del bagno con evidenti macchie di umidità e infiltrazioni.
• Doccia con muffa nei bordi, silicone deteriorato e forte presenza di calcare.
• Pareti segnate e sporche.
• Lenzuola con evidenti smacchiature bianche.
• Presenza di polvere negli angoli delle porte e nei bordi.
• Letto composto da due materassi uniti, estremamente rigido e scomodo.
• Insonorizzazione completamente assente: si sentivano chiaramente rumori provenienti dalla strada e dalle altre camere, rendendo impossibile il riposo.

Ho allegato fotografie dettagliate a supporto di quanto descritto.

Ritengo che le condizioni della camera non siano conformi agli standard minimi di qualità e igiene pubblicizzati sulla piattaforma, né adeguate al prezzo richiesto.

Per questo motivo richiedo un rimborso parziale dell’importo versato.

Un bel po' da migliorare
Pros:

- Colazione buona, ampia scelta dolce rispetto alla salata ma ci sta
- Struttura accogliente, buona qualità-prezzo
- Fuori dal centro di Torino ma perfetta per evitare un po' di casino e spostarsi in autonomia come meglio si preferisce

Cons:

- Siamo arrivati la sera per fare il check-in e il ragazzo alla reception ha fatto di fretta senza darci le informazioni base (a che piano era la nostra camera e dove era l'ascensore)
- A febbraio il letto senza una coperta non va bene, l'abbiamo richiesta e abbiamo dovuto aspettare almeno 15 Min per averla
- La ventola del bagno cieco non funzionava
- Arrivati sul piano delle camere si presenta una moquette sporca...onestamente cambierei stile
