TownePlace Suites by Marriott Atlanta Alpharetta

We had a 2-bedroom suite. Yes, it’s a little old & dated, but perfect for our situation. We had a small sitting area, an adequate kitchen with a fridge. The space allowed for our 22-month old granddaughter to take her afternoon nap and still have places adult could relax and chat. Not as comfy as home, but it IS a hotel! I’d go back for sure.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We have had different rooms on 2 stays and each had its quirks but nothing that affected stay. Housekeeping is exceptional and the breakfast is better than expected. Overall, good value

Need maintenance, card readers not working . Staff super friendly and ready to help, it makes the difference . Well located near shopping centers, restaurants and attractions.

My family had stayed at Towneplace before, so we were excited to come back again and seeing they were pet friendly was a plus. The staff was amazing and accommodating as always. The breakfast was just as I remembered it good. However, it appears the room we were in, 218 across from the lobby has not been updated in year's. There appeared to be bad water damage the bedroom to your right. The bathroom toilet was not flushing when you flushed the toilet it had to do this weird fill up after about a minute or so you could flush it. My suggestion is to update, update, update!!! I then would definitely recommend to any and everyone!

I am a now regular business traveler, in Alpharetta, and also all over the country. In terms of my Alpharetta stays, I am there now, at least one week per month where I am responsible for my lodging expense. For the value, this place is perfect. It has everything I need in terms of kitchen facilities, basic workout equipment and wide variety of breakfast items that I really enjoy each morning that add even more value. I've now stayed three times and while we had a recent reservation hiccup (that I have been assured will not happen again), they were apologetic and quick to explain and correct it which I very much appreciate and which says a lot for the dedicated staff, who I have also grown to appreciate now that I am a regular visitor, who could stay anywhere. The property definitely deserves a renovation in terms of a remodel to the rooms so hopefully that will start, even if it is slowly, sometime soon, but otherwise, the rooms are very clean and well kept, the staff is very friendly and attentive, and you have everything you could ask for in terms of the facilities and the rooms for the price you are paying. I will continue to be a regular, loyal customer.

This was the absolute cleanest and most well maintained property I’ve visited in years. Every staff member was completely professional and kind. This property gets two thumbs up from me.

I love this place. I stay all the time. Taliah at the front desk is always courteous and professional when we’re checking in. She makes me feel at home. It’s nice when I can walk in and feel appreciated.

Didn't like the 2 extra charges on my account without an explanation. I did like they are a pet friendly hotel. The open, walk-in shower was nice.

Location and staff

I'm not normally a reviewer, but I had such a wonderful experience at TownePlace Suites that I felt compelled to leave a review. We were staying at TownePlace to visit an ill relative. The management and team were beyond helpful and supportive during this difficult time. I don't want to go into details, but I do want to say that they did not have to provide us the support and space we needed, yet, they did. They made us feel welcomed and cared for at an extremely difficult period of life, and I will be forever grateful. In addition - the rooms were nice and clean. The staff that I saw every day were always smiling and cheerful. It really felt more like a home than a hotel.

Great for our family trip! We’ll definitely be staying here again in the future.

Overall, the staff was friendly but the property is not well maintained. I am completely to blame for leaving behind a bag containing 2 pairs of almost new shoes and a high end electric beard trimmer following an extended stay. When I realized I had left the items behind, I immediately contacted the hotel. Though the room had not been occupied since I had left, the staff was not able to locate my belongings. There is no way the items simply disappeared and it is disappointing that they were not returned to lost and found. I would have gladly paid the shipping costs to have everything returned.

First I'd have to say how clean the property and rooms are. Yet overall I'd have to say that the customer service is top notch, the Gen. Manager Eldridge has dual properties under his belt,which is a task in itself...Iykyk. But along with his night auditor Michael at the Springhill I'd have to say I wouldn't have enjoy my stay at both properties. Kudos to you and the trend that keeps me coming back. Thanks so much!
