Central but very very uncomfortable stay
Pros:

The property is very close to Gion neighborhood which is great if you are in Kyoto for tourism

Cons:

The property is EXTREMELY noisy, could hear every car in the street the entire night, I asked to change rooms and the staff never reply to my requests or apologize. The bathroom sink was broken and, again, no reply or acknowledgement. The room was extremely cold, there was no bedside light, very few electrical plugs. Really did not appreciated my stay

Ok for one night, but communication was poor
Pros:

Big room, good bathroom, good location, clean.

Cons:

They have some weird rules about using utensils (they will charge you for using cooking utensils). See the photo attached. This, along with the weird self check-in process when a lady guided us by phone and it was quite difficult to understand her instructions, made us feel unwelcome. Also, the fact that you can't leave your bags there for a short time before/after your stay is not great. Another thing: they sent me too many long emails and messages after booking and zero check-in instructions. I don't want to read all this on my trip. Just make it short and go straight to the point and give the information that's actually important.

Pros:

Solicite quedarme una noche adicional y la atención fue rápida. No tuve que hacer check in y check out de nuevo y me respetaron el mismo apartamento. La comunicación por WhatsApp es buena (9am-6pm)

Muy espacioso. Puedes hacer early check-in pagando un extra razonable. El pago del extra se hace al momento del check-in.

El personal no responde por booking y la única comunicación es en el check in por la tablet.

Op de kou na was het prima!

De locatie was super! Fijne douche, lekkere bedden en genoeg voorradig om wat koffie en thee te kunnen zetten.

Cons:

Ik miste toch lijfelijke aanwezigheid van personeel. Ik vond het spannend om in te checken en ik had problemen met de elektrische verwarming. Deze kon ik niet op warm krijgen, slechts 13 graden, waardoor ik het koud had. Gelukkig waren er meerdere dekbedden beschikbaar.
Het bedlampje kon niet aan. Er miste een stopcontact bij het bed en het verlengsnoer was te kort. En onder één van de bedden lag nog een lege koekverpakking van de vorige gast.

La ubicación y las instalaciones están perfectas considerando que casi todo en Japón es chiquito aquí el espacio es súper bueno tiene todo lo m necesario incluso por si quieres cocinar te queda caminando de los lugares más turísticos de Kyoto . Me encantó

Extremely cozy and clean with an easy check-in process. It is also in a great location, walking distance to so many shops and restaurants and metro stations. The unit was very clean and the staff were friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Parece hotel, mas é um meio flat
Pros:

Há máquina de lavar e secar no dormitório.

Cons:

A calefação não funcionava corretamente. O quarto tinha um cheiro estranho. O atendimento é feito de forma virtual. Então quem precisa de suporte da recepção vai passar aperto. A cozinha é equipada, mas para usar você tem que pagar um valor extra.

a memorable stay in a beautiful city
Pros:

we stayed in the studio apartment, equipped with laundry and kitchen. the room was spacious and the location was ideal

Cons:

our room was facing the street so you can hear the traffic outside at night. i think if you are sensitive to noise, then i would recommend asking for a room that is not facing the street.
