Cleanliness needs to improve
Pros:

The location is ideal, and the room size exceeded expectations for Japanese standards.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved. The bedsheets did not appear entirely clean, the duvet was worn, and the pillows were uncomfortable. My messages sent via Line did not receive a response. Additionally, there are charges for early check-in, late checkout, and the use of kitchen utensils. A notice states that a fee of 3000Y will be applied if kitchen utensils are used without prior notification. On one occasion, the receptionist did not offer a greeting and appeared displeased.

Lovely and great location

I booked this place 3 times and it was amazing
Clean, spacious, traditional, perfect location to explore sights and go out (it’s right in the middle), easy checkin

Would stay again!
Pros:

The place had everything we needed. If you want to cook you can rent items from the residence to use for your stay. Amazing to have a washer dryer in the apartment. Very quiet and comfortable and within 5 min walk of several convenience stores and 10 minutes to the train.

Pros:

Spacious, clean, confy, fully equiped, good location.

Cons:

No human interaction. I wasn’t prepared not to have somebody in front of me while checking in.
The bed isn’t a queen size but a twin bed, which makes a huge difference.

Pros:

It’s more like Airbnb. From pros: location and washing machine. Also bath was pretty big.
The property was very basic, everywhere warning signs of what you are not allowed to do. Did not feel welcomed there. I guess if you need to spend one night there - it will do, but lower your expectations.

Najlepsza lokalizacja żeby zwiedzać Kyoto i poczuć jego klimat.
Pros:

Najlepsza lokalizacja! 3 minuty piechotą żeby zobaczyć słynną podoge i przejść sie po starych uliczkach Gionu. Przystanku autobusowe 2 minuty od hotelu, metro 15 minut.

Cons:

Troszeczkę gdzieniegdzie brudno, ale nic w stopniu utrudniającym pobyt. Czasami mocno słychać jak ktoś chodzi w mieszkaniu nad.

祇園に近いので、場所は便利なところでした

Cons:

鍵は一つしかなく、とても不便。
他に比べて遅いチェックイン時間の4時になっても、エレベーター内に使用済みのシーツやらが置いてあり、部屋の前にもシーツやらタオルやらの山。部屋の中も清掃が行き届かず、髪の毛やほこり。
歯磨き用のコップには前に使った人の歯磨き粉が入っていました。2日お世話になりましたが、当然タオルの補充や清掃は入らず。残念でした

Excellent location and huge space
Pros:

Great location walking distance to all Gion has to see. We even bumped into geiko almost every evening we were there. And great value for money - such a large space with washer/dryer and large room. We were also set up with a cot in our bedroom and there was still space to open three suitcases.

Cons:

Right beside a busy street so sirens and loud car engines cause noise at night. Room also didn't have much ventilation - you need to rely on the ventilation fan.
