Good size apartment, we got the free upgrade to the larger size unit, combo washing machine and dryer was pretty helpful, the location is convenient if you are happy to walk 15 to 20 minutes to get to the restaurants and bars

Comfortable and spacious.
Pros:

The room is huge! Kitchen well equipped. Nice wash machine.

Cons:

It’s hard to sleep because it’s so noisy at night.

Sometimes what looks too good to be true can actually be true, and this is one of it.
Pros:

Extremely good value for the money, both the cheapest and the most complete accommodation during our stay in Japan. Washing machine, stove, fridge, microwave, the amenities are very satisfying. Great location as well, close to Yasaka temple.

Cons:

No staff on location, and they did not answer our message on booking.com in time. However the check in instruction was clear.

Pros:

Buena ubicación. La cama cómoda, y tiene lavadora y secadora en la habitación, lo que nos pareció muy práctico.

La habitación nos pareció mas pequeña que en las fotos y no había ventana

Bardzo blisko głównych atrakcji. Bardzo czysto w mieszkaniu. Meldowanie do pokoju sprawne i bez problemu (domofon w środku po wejściu do budynku). Obsługa mówi w języku angielskim.

汗だくで京都を楽しみました♪
Pros:

京都に来たら行きたい観光スポットに徒歩圏内で行けます。
八坂神社　　徒歩5分
祇園　辰巳神社　　徒歩10分
知恩院　　徒歩20分
清水寺　　徒歩30分
歌舞伎　南座　　徒歩20分　etc…。

京都の地場スーパーフレスコ、24時間営業までは徒歩8分で滞在中に新鮮なフルーツやパンを買いに行けて便利です♪
ホテルと言っても普通のマンションで、キッチンも洗濯機もシャワートイレも付いていますので快適に過ごせます。
今回の滞在中の京都は34℃で暑くて洋服が汗で湿って気持ち悪いから洗濯出来て良かったです。乾燥もかけれてタオルもジーンズもカラッと爽やかになりました。
洗濯用の洗剤やネットまで用意されていて本当に助かります。

お風呂も広々としていて、シャンプーやボディソープもたっぷりボトルで用意されているので、手ぶらで来ても大丈夫です。
フェイスウォッシュは泡タイプのが有りますが、メイク落としは用意されていなかったので、必要な方は徒歩3分でツルハドラッグ八坂神社前店に行けます。

私は今回の滞在中に無糖炭酸水を沢山飲みましたが、コンビニだと¥160ですがツルハドラッグだと¥59でしたよ。

ここを利用するのは5年前くらい前からですが、なるべく4日以上滞在して京都の旅を満喫しています。
私の京都のマンションと勝手に呼んでおります♪
一度滞在したら次からは狭苦しいホテルには泊まりたくなくなります。

今思い出したら、また行きたくなりました(^^)

Cons:

悪い所なんて有りませんが、重箱の隅をつつく様に細かいところまで粗探しをすれば何かしらは見つかるかも知れません。
例えば、外の道路の騒音とか、お部屋の中の些細な汚れとか？
人も物も完璧なことは有り得ませんので、私はこの施設には大満足しております。

Good size studio at the heart of Kyoto
Pros:

The location is wonderful. The bathroom and shower room were spacious. Beds were comfortable. Room was good size.

Cons:

The window was facing a back alley/ventilation shaft. Not for the claustrophobic. You have to speak Japanese or English I guess. Because the check in was via a telephone call from the entrance to a virtual help desk.
