The price includes all taxes and fees (except tourist tax and any applicable booking fees), TV, bath linen (one large towel and one small towel), household linen (kitchen towel and bath mat), a cleaning kit, beds made upon arrival, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding the kitchen area and dishes), basic Wi-Fi access, and two bathrobes. Mid-week housekeeping is available at an additional cost.

The outdoor swimming pool is open and heated from mid-April to mid-September and features a sun terrace as well as an unheated paddling pool. The residence also offers relaxation areas for adults and a playground for children.

After booking, you may request the exact location of your accommodations by contacting the property directly. Location preferences are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. For any invoice requests, please note that the invoice will be issued under the name indicated on the reservation.

The Le Pouliguen wellbeing center will open at the end of April.

Pros:

Tout, le personnel très aimable.
Le logement très confortable et bien aménagé, tout près de la plage.
Le spa, jacuzzi et hammam

Cons:

Juste plus de prises dans les chambres serait un plus.
Et des prises dans le garage pour charger la voiture la nuit

Les résidences prémium ne sont pas toutes du même niveau. Nous avions mémoire celle des sales d'Olon

Bel emplacement.

Cons:

Résidence vieillissante qui aurait besoin d'une rénovation extérieure. Notre appartement était situé au RDC. Nous avions l'eau versée par les occupants du dessus qui nous coulait dessus. Une trop haute marche pour accéder à la terrasse. Un ascenseur bruyant qui nous réveillait tous les matins à 7h30.

L endroit calme. Le centre de bien-être et les personnels à l'écoute.

Cons:

Immeuble un peu rétro, vieux bâtiment. Toilette au rez de chaussée loin de la chambre à l'étage surtout la nuit. Il faut chercher les couverts car c était pas à proximité vaisselles - verres et couverts..

Des sachets de thés et des capsules de café auraient été appréciables mais sinon rien à redire c'est très bien.

NOUS reviendrons avec plaisir ! Mais hors saison pas l'été.
Pros:

PERSONNEL DE MÉNAGE PRO-DISCRET-ADORABLE. Et à l'accueil elles sont pro-gentilles, toujours prêtes à vous aider.Espace bien-être très agréable. Lieu de la résidence parfait pour éviter La Baule et partir explorer la région.

Cons:

Un transat de plus à l'espace bien-être : il y en a trois et 4 quand il y a 2 couples , ben c'est dommage !
Les soins de Sabrina sont professionnels certes, mais il lui manque un petit quelque chose ! Difficile à décrire mais je n’ai pas ressenti ce petit quelque chose que je donne, moi-même, aux gens.

Pros:

Lokalita blízko oceánu, klidné okolí se spoustou vzrostlých cypřišů, prostorný balkon s posezením, vyhřívaný čistý bazén, župany na pokoji k dispozici, všechen textil čistě bílý, dobře základně vybavená kuchyň, k dispozici set kuchyňských potřeb - houbička, čistící prostředek, 5 tablet do myčky, utěrky, hezky barevně sladěný interiér

Cons:

Výtah neni až do garáží - musí se 1 patro po schodech z garáží do přízemí - může být nekomfotní pro omezeně mobilní klienty, nám nevadilo. Lehký zápach v bytě při prvním vstupu do ubytování - vše ale bLo v bytě čisté včetně lednice a kuchyně - šlo odvětrat + sprej na neutralizaci pachu fungoval rychle.
