Important information:

Please note that the children’s pool is open from April to October. The pool is unheated and unsupervised.

Prices include accommodation, bed linen, toilet linen, household linen (bath mat and dish towel), a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and the kitchen area), basic WiFi access for up to five devices (for browsing, emails and online searches), as well as charges and taxes (excluding city tax and application fees).

Beds made upon arrival are available at an additional cost.

For an additional fee, guests may request to reserve the exact location of their accommodation by contacting the residence directly. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.

Cons:

Quand je suis arrivé, le pommeau de douche ne fonctionnait pas.
Le problème a été résolu rapidement.
En revanche il n’y avait pas de pression d’eau pour prendre une douche

La ubicación sin lugar a dudas. La playa a pie de residencia.
Tenía menaje de cocina suficiente y los electrodomésticos estaban limpios.
Aparcamiento relativamente fácil en los alrededores.

Cons:

No había aire acondicionado. Al ser un alojamiento turístico de veraneo no está preparado para las temperaturas que se viven en esta época. A pesar de que se avise en el anuncio es un punto en contra muy importante.
La segunda habitación con litera apenas te podías mover y eso sumado al calor es un habitáculo casi inservible

Le seul atout le prix attractif par rapport aux autres établissements
Pros:

Le personnel est très aimable et la dame de l’accueil très gentille et souriante, un plus pour cet établissement et aussi la superbe végétation au dehors !

Cons:

Schöne Anlage am Meer, aber ohne Klimaanlage bei Hitze unangenehm.
Pros:

Die Anlage ist sehr schön gestaltet und verfügt über einen äußerst gepflegten Garten. Besonders gefallen hat uns der direkte Zugang zum Meer. Die Zimmer sind zwar eher klein, bieten aber durch verschiedene Staumöglichkeiten genügend Platz, um persönliche Sachen ordentlich unterzubringen. Die Küche war für die Selbstversorgung gut ausgestattet und hatte alles, was wir benötigt haben. Außerdem waren die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Der größte Minuspunkt war die fehlende Klimaanlage. In der Wohnung war es extrem heiß, sodass ein angenehmer Aufenthalt kaum möglich war. Die vorhandenen Ventilatoren konnten die Hitze nicht lindern. Auch der Pool hat uns enttäuscht: er ist hauptsächlich für kleine Kinder geeignet, da er nur eine geringe Tiefe hat und dadurch für Erwachsene wenig attraktiv ist. Zudem löste sich an einigen Stellen bereits der Bodenbelag.

Emplacement très agréable dans une petite baie. Calme, très propre, accès direct à la plage.

Cons:

Un peu excentré. Manque peut être un espace piscine. Studio avec canapé individuel moyen pour dormir.

Located in a private zone with direct access to the beach, the apartment has got everything you need for a relaxing seaside stay. The balcony with the view to the sea was the highlight and the walk to the beach through a beautiful garden with flowers blooming was a pure pleasure! The caring and friendly staff added greatly to overall satisfaction and the enjoyment of French Riviera! We also really appreciated the free parking, lots of towels and clear instructions. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
