Confortável, agradável, mas caro pelo que oferece

Por ser razoavelmente novo, o hotel tem instalações bem conservadas. É confortável, mas um pouco decepcionante em alguns aspectos. Eu diria que é muito caro pelo que oferece. Como estive no hotel durante a pandemia, o café da manhã não pôde ser servido e a piscina não pôde ser usada. Creio que isso já seria motivo de sobra para se pensar em descontos, afinal, os custos caem de forma considerável. No entanto, esta possibilidade sequer é mencionada pelo hotel, ao informar sobre as restrições. A limpeza deixa um pouco a desejar. No banheiro, havia embalagens vazias e resíduos decorrentes de uso anterior. A TV "por assinatura" só disponibiliza canais de TV aberta ou sintonizados em qualquer parabólica comum. O atendimento é agradável e bastante cortês, embora um pouco falho ao passar algumas informações importantes.
