Don't do it, stop right there, move on to another option, trust me!! The lobby doesn't have AC, it was 110 degrees outside, and they had the doors open, just a fan blowing on their employees. I have never seen such a situation before. I don't believe it was broken, they are just being cheap, you can tell by the whole place, they are just taking the money and running. Restaurant was way overpriced, equal to an American steakhouse, but not a steakhouse atmosphere. A Caesar salad and some enchiladas, bottle of water and a Capuchino was $62.00(dollars). No refrigerator in the room, but of course, for 1000.00 Pesos, they will bring one in and set it up. Just money grab after money grab. Small TV, 1 channel in English (yes, I understand I am in Mexico, normally, at least there is some news or a few stations in a nice hotel, in English). Everything is old, elevator is on the brink of not working. It's just an old dingy place that needs a remodel, but they aren't about to do it. I thought for the money, it would be pretty nice, but motel 6 is better and cheaper. I stay in all ranges of motels/hotels, the price doesn't match the amenities. The towels were stiff and smelled bad. The help at the front desk looked like they hated life working there, no smiles, just to the point and I can't blame them, it's a rough place, I felt bad for them. The ladies cleaning the rooms, same way, they were just there trying to get through the day. It has some potential, but not under the current ownership. Don't waste your money, they don't reinvest it into the facility, and it really shows. I think it might have been hotter in the lobby than it was outside, this is just crazy!!!!!!!!!!!! The bar is in the lobby area too, you will sweat to death going to meet someone for a drink, never saw anyone there. Walk outside the room and it's a sauna.........

Need maintenance, there is no ac in the lobby making the open spaces not confortable to be in

La habitacion que se me asigno no estaba nada funcional, la chapa de la puerta estaba suelta, el are acondicionado no enfriaba y dentro de closet goteaba mojando nuestra ropa

El clima falla tanto afuera como en avitaciones

LA FALTA DE AIRE ACONDICIONADO EN EL BAR COMO EN EL LOBBY, SUMAMENTE MAL PARA UN HOTEL DE ESTE TIPO

Lo han descuidado en algunas areas, ablando de las instalaciones del mismo

QUE ESTUVE TENIENDO PROBELMAS EN LA HABITACION, YA QUE OLIA DEMASIADO A DRENAJA UN OLOR REALMENTE FUERTE Y ASQUEROSO VENIA DEL LAVAMANOS, NUNCA EH TENIDO PROBELMAS EN MI ESTANCIA Y ME ATIENDEN MUY BIEN SOLO FUE ESE INCONVENIENTE EN ESTA OCACION
