Important information:

Reception hours are from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, on Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and on Sunday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

In case of arrival after 7:00 pm, guests are kindly requested to contact the reception in advance.

Rates include accommodations, bath linen (one large towel and one small towel per person), household linen (kitchen towel and bath mat), a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding the kitchen area and dishes), TV, bed linen, basic Wi-Fi access for up to five devices (for web browsing and emails), and all taxes and fees except the tourist tax.

From mid-June to mid-September, rates also include free access to the residence’s outdoor heated swimming pool.

Beds can be made upon arrival at an additional cost per person, regardless of the length of stay.

The location of the accommodations may be reserved immediately after booking by contacting the property and is subject to availability and an additional charge.

If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe specified in the booking policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancelation fees; any modification may also incur a fee.

Credit card is the only accepted method of payment.
A baby kit is available during the stay (fees may apply)

Pets are allowed upon request for an additional fee of €75 per week.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Pros:

La ubicación es excepcional, se puede ir andando al centro y al funicular para subir a las pistas. No se necesita mover el coche por allí.
Los apartamentos son confortable y están muy bien dotados. Las camas son muy cómodas.

L’emplacement à proximité du téléphérique et du cœur de ville

Cons:

Appartement en rez de chaussée, sombre.
Résidence vieillissante. Équipements défectueux, erreur de housse de couette, manque une housse de traversin.
Le moindre service est facturé.

Deco appartement non refaite depuis des années… j’étais venu dans la résidence il y a plus de 10 ans et maintenant la déco fait grise mine ! À refaire pour retrouver toute la catégorie que mérite Pierre et Vacances.

Très bonne localisation et Appartement bien équipé.

Cons:

Nous avons eu à subir des odeurs de remontées d’égouts dans l’appartement très incommodantes pendant 4 jours. Aucune solution à part un peu de produit et du Fébrèze nous a été proposé. C’était vraiment très inconfortable.
