Nice hotel
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Stayed bed and breakfast. Breakfast excellent choice. Room lovely. Kept spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend booking room with pool view as ours looked onto road so not pleasant to sit out. Adult only pool area nice but pool not heated so only went in once. One of the other pools was heated though so spent most of our time in there. Plenty of sun beds. Staff all really nice. About 20 minutes walk to beach where there are plenty of places to eat.
Would recommend a stay here

Customer service and security dreadful
Pros:

We had to experience a guy who was not a guest masterbate in front of us Called security took to long to get here by the time they came the guy had gone . Security was diabolical loads of non guests using the pool and coming in for free breakfast because none of the staff check who’s coming in . I did feed this back and there are now staff checking at breakfast but his has been going in for years .
I had to ring down everyday for tea and coffee and water to be refreshed in our room this is just standard service in most hotels I’ve stayed in . We did get a free meal in the Al La carte restaurant as an apology but I really feel this don’t go far enough to resolve my complaints it completely ruined my holiday . We have coming to this hotel for over 15 years and are Good members but we weren’t made to feel special at all it had a concerns addressed my self and 8 others have vowed never to return to this hotel again . Dreadful security and appalling customer service .

An Excellent Place to Stay
Pros:

This hotel and its staff are excellent. We have just returned from an 11 day stay and could not fault it. From checking in at reception until we left, nothing was too much trouble. We had a side sea view room which was very large, comfortable and well equipped and very clean.
At breakfast the choice was immense and freshly cooked if you wanted it. The service throughout the hotel was first rate. The facilities were also excellent and I cannot speak too highly of the hotel and its staff.
The 5 stars are well deserved.

A wonderful stay!
Pros:

What a beautiful hotel! This was our first stay at GF Gran Costa Adeje, and it was certainly one to remember.

We travelled with our 7 year old and 6 month old, and we were well looked after from the start. All of the staff were very polite, welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay.

Our luggage was taken on arrival and delivered straight to our room. We were also provided with an electronic steriliser on enquiring, and this was promptly delivered making our stay even more comfortable and hassle free.

The hotel was spotless and well maintained. Our room was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay, including a cot.

We stayed half board, and I must admit, after reading mixed reviews about the food, we were pleasantly surprised. We couldn't fault the food at all - there was always plenty of choice for both us and our son, and there were always soups or purees available for the baby (we were also told on check in about a bespoke menu for babies ,on request, where puree or soups could be prepared in advance).

The pools were great, with two heated (including the baby pool). The outdoor bar areas were clean with a good selection of food and drink, and the staff were great. There was a lovely splash park for the children around the back of the hotel, along with water slides, which were a massive hit with our 7 year old. There was also a smaller bar here which served a selection of food and drink. The no reserving of sun beds was an added bonus, which meant we had no trouble finding space around the pools.

There was a good variety of entertainment during our stay, including daytime activities and evening shows.

The hotel is within walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants, and is only a short walk down to the beach. Everything was easily accessible.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay and will certainly be visiting again in the future!

Nice hotel
Pros:

This is a lovely hotel freshly refurbished the rooms are spacious and clean. The pool area is lovely with strict rules about the reservation of sunbeds which is enforced for a change. This means there are always plenty of beds to choose from.
The staff are generally friendly and helpful but as always there are exceptions. The food is not of a five star standard, we were bed and breakfast and the breakfast buffet was chaos most mornings, the food was often left sat there for extended periods and nothing to shout about, there was no smoked salmon which I would expect in a 5 star establishment, also the coffee was not good.
The food and drinks at the pool bar were quite poor, the white sangria had tinned fruit cocktail instead of fresh fruit and the cocktails were generally sub par, this hotel offers all inclusive and expects guests not on this to pay €9 for the all inclusive cocktails which were of the standard if you average all inclusive. Now to the sports bar, if you like a game of pool there are plenty of tables dotted about and you can play pool in an evening and listen to the entertainment in the sports bar but the bar service is very poor in there. You are ignored when waiting at the bar and the bar man will just walk off and disappear for 10 minutes without a word and leave you waiting. When challenged one night we were subjected to a tirade in Spanish, this is a poor system and needs sorting out. Overall though an enjoyable stay.

One of our favorite hotels in Costa Adeje 😀
Pros:

This was our second visit to this hotel and it did not disappoint.

We booked all inclusive but did not eat in the restaurant that often. Not because of the food but we just preferred to eat out.

We enjoyed it that much we are going back in September but doing B&B.

Thanks for a great stay to all of the staff.

Fantastic hotel
Pros:

We had a great stay at this hotel, it’s our 2nd visit here however this time we retired with our daughter and granddaughter who was 8months. The staff were very helpful at all times, I had pre communications with the hotel about or room and requesting a travel cot for the baby and the were responsive and very helpful.
We upgraded to a suite which was very suitable for our needs, toiletries in the room were all ritual which was a nice touch.
The breakfast was great lots of choice and great service
The pools were clean, towels provided and lots of sunbeds.
Hotel location is superb near restaurants and bars very convenient.
We will be returning here again

Impressive facilities and service, but overall experience diminished by 3/4 star food quality
Pros:

Although the hotel facilities, cleanliness, and staff service were of a very high standard, I was disappointed with the quality and variety of the food. As a 5-star establishment, I had expected a higher standard in terms of freshness, temperature, presentation, and overall flavour.

On several occasions, dishes were lukewarm, and some buffet items appeared to have been standing for a considerable period. The variety was more on a par with a 4 star hotel and the execution did not reflect the premium level the hotel promotes.

I am sharing this feedback constructively, as I believe the dining experience should match the otherwise excellent standards of the hotel.

Finally we were disappointed not have been offered complimentary drinks upon arrival (standard practice within the Princess Dacil and GF Gran Tinerfe).

We had an amazing stay at GF Gran Costa Adeje
Pros:

We had an amazing stay at GF Gran Costa Adeje! Our rooms were beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. The crisp white bedsheets felt so fresh and luxurious, and the views were absolutely stunning. The cleanliness throughout the entire hotel was exceptional — everything was immaculate, from the rooms to the pool areas and communal spaces.
All the staff work incredibly hard and are genuinely friendly — they really made our visit extra special. The pools are fabulous, with plenty of space to relax and unwind. The facilities are fantastic and cater brilliantly for all ages, making it a perfect choice whether you’re travelling as a couple, with friends, or as a family. The location is fabulous too — close to everything you need while still feeling peaceful and relaxing.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we will definitely be returning again. Thank you!

Brilliant experience.
Pros:

I read some negative reviews about this hotel and was not looking forward to going. What a great surprise and relief we got when we arrived!

The entrance to the hotel is very grand , spotlessly clean and the reception staff were friendly and polite. Our cases were brought to the room while we were checking in. Our room was beautiful and had everything we needed. We had a lovely view of the pool area and the sea.
The room was cleaned daily. Our cups were changed daily and, as informed at check in, we just had to ask for our milk etc to be replenished. We needed an iron and a bottle opener and these were brought to the room (including a little ironing board) at no extra charge. Beach towels and the safe were also free of charge.

Breakfast was very good, especially the scrambled eggs! I liked the fact the the food was not sitting in large containers, but in small pans which were replenished regularly. We didn't have dinner in the hotel but were told by other quests that it was good.

The entertainment was mediocre, although on a couple of nights the female artists were very good

To improve guest experience I would suggest having signage to the reception area. Not all lifts go down to that floor and it was confusing for the first few days.

This is a beautiful hotel in a quiet area. It is on a hill and to get to the sea front and restaurants it is a long downhill walk, which means it is a very long uphill trek! We walked it everyday and my legs and hips are still recovering!
