The cleanness was really poor. The bed sheets were realy dirty.

Air conditioning is bad .. very stuffy room

Zum Glück war nur eine Nacht gebucht! Wir haben noch nie in solch einem heruntergekommenen Hotel übernachtet! Service? Fehlanzeige! Die Zimmer? Horror! Schmuddelig, total abgewohnt, verkommen! Wie man solch ein Hotel hier noch anbieten kann, bleibt ein Rätsel! Hotels.com sollte sich schnellstmöglich vor Ort das Grauen anschauen! Nicht einen müden Euro wert. Der "Pool" ein graues Dreckloch, die Liegen kaputt. Die Poolumgebung: schauderhaft! Wir hätten hier nicht einmal bei 50 Grad im Schatten gebadet! Und erst das Bad... Gesundheitsgefährdend. Ergo: nichts wie raus da! Die Fotos sprechen für sich....

Pleasant, Comfortable Stay at the Suka Hotel, Friendly staff, Friendly Family Atmosphere as well as beautiful Scenic Skyline Views, 5 Star Cuisine available 24 hours a day, local eateries and Malls nearby. 2 Pools in the patio area for the little ones and the other for adults. I would recommend this to everyone who decides to visit Pekanbaru and I would make a reservation for a longer stay on my next trip.

Simple hotel with necessary amenities. Not luxurious but good enough for a weekend cos I spent most time out meeting friends

the stay was good and the staff was help full. very nice place but the room i took was non smoking room but its smell smoke. .

Mostly good experience, stayed with my 5 year old.
Noted deterioration (aging) since last stayed here about 3 years ago. But still functional.
Food good enough but slow. Maybe menu is too varied so no anticipated preparation.
Breakfast buffet good.
We stayed here because of the balance in price and amenities such as swimming pool which balanced out well enough.

Perfect budget hotel

プカンバル周辺の複数地点に用事があったため、1日おきに3回宿泊しました。部屋はとても快適で、水回り等の設備についても私が宿泊した部屋については問題ありませんでした。朝食も各種取り揃えられている中から選べるため、満足でした。また、10分強歩いたところにショッピングセンターがあるため、買い物や夕食にも困りませんでした。
良くなかった点としては、最初の受付に時間がかかることでしょうか。

Another mediocre hotel. Stay was OK, room clean, wifi worked, staff working but don;t seem caring. Location is near SKA Mall and airport.

It wasn't a pleasant stay, they had no more non smoking rooms and gave me a smoking room which was terrible despite my booking for non smoking room. The room I gotten was pretty bad with sticky carpet and the aircon control was also not working properly. I will not return to this hotel at all, things all look old and rundown

overall is good altough on firstday there are a little miscomunication on the hotel staff where i should have breakfast for two person but on the restaurant list say that im only have breakfast for one and sadly the restaurant staff doesnt try to re confirm it with the recepcionist. But the hotel fixed it on the 2nd day to the 5th day when im stay.

The recepcionist need to SMILE :) it make ur customer smile too :)

El hotel presenta unas instalaciones buenas,limpias,modernas y funcionales. Eso si, el restaurante que tienen nos defraudo en la cena ya que de lo que pedimos y/o aparecía en la carta ..... La mitad de la mitad, es decir, no tenían muchas de las cosas... buena opción al estar a 15 o 20 min del aeropuerto.

Room was clean, service was great. For the price, I would say it is really value for money!

during my stay at the ibis pekanbaru very satisfied. Because the promo price of Hotel.com is reasonably priced and very satisfied with the waiters, hotel is also close to the Mall and away from the noise kerana on the outskirts of town and very easy to reach out to the city and the airport.
