Pros:

Liegt super zentral und mit der Tiefgarage auch perfekt zum parken
Es war frisch geputzt und das Bettzeug war sauber

Cons:

Es ist ziemlich abgelebt, über der Küchenzeile war seit Jahren keiner mehr putzen, die Wand ist schwarz, die Vothänge lange Zeit nicht gewaschen
