Great value for money in Paris
Pros:

Great location near metro 1, shops, near restaurants around. Two bedrooms and two (!) bathrooms. Easy late check-in. Staff was polite.

Cons:

Dirty windows and curtains. One of the bathrooms had low water pressure level in the shower and the water in the sink did not drain properly (but there was another one we could use).
