That there wasn’t any one to help at the front counter looked dirty and unused and they had a digital face to face video conference communication with some one over seas or on in the current location taking the front desks responsibility. This is unprofessional and lacks the personal touch an establishment should to showing the public and it’s customers lack of this made it feel sleazy and cheap

its a pity of this place had the worst breakfast. of anthing to eat! Hopefully the owners will to improve!

Es war die Nacht über ruhig und es hat eine gute Lage zum space Center
Man spricht nicht mehr mit einer Person sondern nur mit einer Maschine über eine Kamera.
Beim Check-in wurde versucht uns über den Tisch zu ziehen. Ich habe extra ein Zimmer für 3 Personen mit zwei Queen size betten im Erdgeschoss gebucht und bezahlt. Beim Check-in wurde ich auf ein Einbett Zimmer im 1.OG verwiesen. Ich habe dann gesagt das ich was anderes gebucht hatte, dann hat man das auf einmal gefunden.
Als wir dann das Zimmer hatten kam uns ein sehr modriger Geruch entgegen. Also haben wir uns nach der langen Fahrt erstmal ein Raumspray gekauft um den Geruch zu übertönen. Uns fiel dann auch auf das der Boden beschädigt war und sich das Laminat löste und aufstellte. Nachts Barfuß unterwegs war ein No Go wegen Verletzungsgefahr.
Ich bin dann nochmal zur Maschine und dort hieß es nur "wir sind ausgebucht und alle Zimmer sind so".
Heute Morgen dann bei der Abreise noch zwei zusätzliche Bewohner im Zimmer gehabt. Zwei Kakerlaken.
Das inbegriffene "Frühstück" ist ein Witz.
Kalter Filterkaffee und eine Packung Donuts für alle Bewohner
Dieses Motel hat definitiv die Sterne die es hat nicht verdient. Wäre schön hier wenigstens eine kleine Entschädigung zu bekommen.
Wir sind allerdings auch nicht gewillt diese Motel wieder zu besuchen. Da gibt es bessere in der Umgebung

I have what I believe to be bed bug bites since they appeared that night and got worse. I left on July 4 which would have been the 3rd because of this. The hotel did not provide any refund. I had to get a different hotel for that day which was expensive. I noticed there was a musty smell along with the cleaning solution scent. This is due to bed bugs.
