Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. Good value for money.
Pros:

Stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment and it was very spacious. Loved that there was a washing machine & dryer in the apartment. Could do our laundry anytime. Front desk staffs were amazing & helpful. Kudos to Ivan for his warm & great service.

Cons:

It was hard carrying luggage up the steps to the reception area. Should have a direct ramp up the front instead of having to take a detour via the carpark ramp. Furniture can be upgraded. Location is just on the fringe of Perth CBD and the nearest train station is a 10-15 mins walk away.
