Great location and the apartments have everything you needI!

It had everything I needed and the one bedroom apartment that I rented and it was close to everything full package did the job for me

The staff very helpful and friendly.
The room was great, offered tea n coffee, kitchen was well equipped, towels and wonderful smelling soap wash.
The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean.
The entire hotel was lovely.

Great stay, Great value for money
Pros:

The reception staff is super friendly, special shout out to Dijana. Great location right next to Convention centre, parks, city centre (Hay st, etc.). Easy to walk everywhere. A home away from home, with a small gym and a small pool

Appartement a bit dark during the day on the lower floors (I was on 1st)

Very clean, polite helpful staff

Cons:

Unfortunately the property smelt unpleasant. Upon arrival it smelt damp, my husband went round and poured water through the floor drains to help stop the smell which helped. However after leaving to go to a show, upon arrival home the apartment smelt of wet dog. Basically the A/C needs a good clean out.

The two bedrooms got full afternoon sun and were unbearably hot even with air conditioning in the living area going full blast. Had to buy a fan!
