Disappointed by the lack of availability of towels and chairs.
Pros:

Location and view from our room were excellent.
Check-in was very easy. the receptionist was pleasant.

Cons:

No towels available. We asked for clean towels and were told no. Told all the towels were in the laundry & wouldn't be ready for an hour!
The refrigerator froze our deli meat & ruined the veges. We brought a lot so we could pack our lunch & head to the beach each day.
We asked for chairs for our balcony and were told they didn't have any more. There were 2-3 chairs on all of the other balconies on our floor.
No chairs on the roof top terrace either.
