Las Falúas son apartamentos muy antiguos , deteriorados y mala limpieza. Lo mejor la piscina y la ubicación. De resto , no lo recomiendo . Sofá y camas de los años 70 , baño y toallas viejas y sucias

This is a very well designed property. The circular design means that the balconies are well separated from each other without solid walls. The Wi-Fi in the room, although not free as stated, was very reasonably priced and very good. Although there was no air-conditioning, as mentioned in the write-up, there was a freestanding fan which moved the air very satisfactory on the hottest day. There were plenty of sunbeds to choose from including some in the smoking area. The pool was pleasantly warm and not too overcrowded. The staff were very helpful. We were able to get a very late checkout for just €20. Overall, we fully recommend it for a couples or family holiday and reasonably priced.

Posizione comoda per raggiungere sia il mare sia le attrezzature nei dintorni. Stazione bus vicina. Appartamenti non esenti da rumori esterni (strada, schiamazzi, gente in piscina, gente che gioca a tennis) ma d'altronde è una posizione centrale tra altri alberghi e palazzi. Durante la notte nonostante la musica live proveniente da locali nei dintorni, si è riposato bene. La struttura ha un arredo non nuovo ma tenuto abbastanza bene, nella media anche il servizio di pulizia. Quando mancava qualcosa il personale era sempre molto attento a fornire il necessario. In generale era sempre molto cordiale. Non c'è l'aria condizionata, ma solo un ventilatore. In ottobre si è dormito bene, non saprei durante la piena estate. Non è un appartamento per grandi pretese, ma per una vacanza di una settimana in generale la struttura, il servizio e l'appartamento sono stati piacevoli.

They can’t arrange single room due the mistake have happened by Expedia. Single changes to triple room by two beds with pour and small size of room. Actually good for one person,I didn’t start to sait the others arriving but lucky to get another by big monet.

Henkilökunta oli mukavaa ja ystävällistä sekä palvelualtista. Hotellin ympäristö sekä allas alue olivat viihtyisiä. Allas alue oli hyvin hoidettu ja aurinkotuoleja oli riittävästi mutta altaan vesi oli todella kylmää. Olisimme kaivanneet allasalueelle allasbaaria virvokkeiden ja pikkupurtavien osalta.
Huoneet, keittiön laitteet sekä ruoan valmistus välineet kaipaisivat päivitystä. Äänet muista huoneista sekä ulkoa kuuluivat myös todella hyvin. Majoituspaikan sijainti oli loistava. Kaikki tarvittava oli kävelymatkan päässä ja ranta myös lähellä.

This apartment hotel is 2 stars. Very clean. In 2025 it is not acceptable to have to pay extra to use the room safe or the internet.

The site said it was non smoking, still on the balconies every neighbour was smoking, so you couldnt avoid the smoke and couldnt keep any windows open for fresh air, since the rooms are not air conditioned. Staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms are outdated but very clean and cleaned often, fresh towels are provided every other day, if wanted housekeeping 5 days a week. Bus stop near and taxis were easy to catch from the curb. Nice cafe and restaurants on the same streets. Swimming pool was open only during the day till about 5pm. No bar or other restaurant at the pool, nearest was only across the street though. The hotel across the road played loud music and had live performances at the weekend, if you are on that side of the towers you can clearly hear it inside the room.

This place was barely livable. Looks like it maybe once was an ok hotel, but haven’t properly cleaned or done even basic maintenance on the place in many years. Floors and surfaces were dirty and dusty, there were holes punched into the walls, doorframes were cracked and falling off, tiles were grimy in the bathroom and the room key required 2 whole minutes in the reader before it worked EVERY TIME returning to the room. Wifi was an extra cost so we didn’t pay for it. The fridge insulation was worn down and didn’t close properly. Kitchen equipment had been through the wringer and many things were unusable. We checked multiple times for bedbugs cause sheets were always dirty when the cleaning person visited and supposedly changed them but thankfully no bed bugs found in our room in torre 3. The next door apartment was undergoing renovation and the guy brought a crowd of people and started to drill from 21-22 at night and then silence the whole day time probably while he slept. Pool area was ok, but nothing special and outdated. Lots of nude grannies sunbathing 😂 in general the crowd was quite old, but probably also would have been suitable to some very young people looking for a cheaper stay. Cleaning people didn’t clean our room everyday nor every other day, probably cause they couldn’t access with the broken card reader… one plus was we were on the 3rd floor and there was a working elevator.
