Great value for money, perfect for visiting Versailles, but mind the location and bathroom size!
Pros:

Location & Safety: The hotel is located in a nice, safe neighborhood. There is an excellent supermarket just a 5-minute walk away.

Transport: Getting around is quite convenient. It takes a maximum of 10 minutes to walk to the metro station. Even better, the train station is just a 7-minute walk away, offering a direct train to Versailles. If Versailles is on your itinerary, this location is absolutely perfect!

The Hotel & Rooms: The reception area is nice and welcoming. The rooms are standard but come with a very well-equipped kitchenette that has everything you could possibly need. It was also quite clean.

The View: We enjoyed a lovely view from our window - you could even catch a tiny glimpse of the very top of the Eiffel Tower!

Parking: The hotel garage is excellent. It requires an extra fee, but the price is very reasonable for Paris. The entrance is convenient and easy to navigate. It’s a small garage, so there are limited spots - make sure to book it in advance.

Pet-friendly: It was great to see that the hotel accepts dogs (for an additional charge).

In general, it’s a pretty good hotel, especially given the reasonable price. It’s a fantastic choice if you plan to visit Versailles or if this specific metro line suits your itinerary. However, looking back, I probably wouldn’t choose this location again. It’s not because of the hotel itself - which is completely fine - but simply because the location is a bit specific for general sightseeing. Still, considering the price, you can't complain!

Cons:

The Bathroom/Toilet: This was the only real issue in the room. The toilet space is extremely small; your knees practically touch the door. While it’s fine for petite or average-sized people, I highly wouldn't recommend it for taller or larger guests, as it will feel very cramped.

Specific Location & Metro: The metro line serving the hotel isn't the most central one. Because of this, you will have to change lines/transfer to get to most of the popular tourist spots. It doesn’t take too long to reach the city center, but it does require some extra planning.

Note: We didn’t try the breakfast, so we can't comment on it.

Comodità della zona servita benissimo sia negli spostamenti che come negozi alimentari/ boulangerie etc.. ristoranti i e altro. Per chi arriva in auto dall autostrada A6 è davvero comodissimo.

Cons:

Comodissimo il parcheggio ma un po caro 18 euro a notte… incide molto sul costo totale..
