The neatness at quietness of the area
Just the closing time of the main entrance but to be honest everything is perfect
I booked an room for the night after arrive from Noibai Airpot. When i came to the hotel to check in, the receptionist say ' run out of room" no more room for me. i have to walk around the area an hour to look for other room. Bad customer care/ management .

Come to hotel at 8pm after 24 hour bus ride from vientiane to hanoi just to be rejected stay there.
Guy working there was rude and obnoxious and he had laugh of situation...
I was rejected stay even after I message them to tell them I will be arriving between 6pm and midnight and they confirmed that... Guy working there told me they gave my room away as I didn't arrive before 4pm... just wtf??
Not fun to deal with that after been tiered from traveling but now kind of glad I didn't stay there as that hotel and the guy working there had some weird unpleasant vibe....

The price was really good. We asked if they could do washing and they charged a good price.
It was a bit far and the room was really dirty. The sheets had blood stains on them.

The room itself was very nice and spacious.
The location isn’t ideal. Not many food options around and near a busy street. Bus stop is close at least
The rooms were fairly well maintained.
Everything else. I got scammed by the hotel owner, put in a dangerous situation with no outside help available, and had no recourse.
The staff are unhelpful at best, scummy at worst. The owner lied to Booking.com by reporting me as "no-show" and ignoring my previous bookings, despite me seeing it on his screen. Then, he forced me to re-book at a higher price. He then tried to lie that he paid me back the difference to my face.
The owner also treats the guests like trash: he doesn't care about the well-being of the guests or the condition of the rooms until he is approached by a group of people and can't lie.
The beds are hard and uncomfortable. I actually preferred sleeping in the mountains and jungles than on that bed.
There's barely any ventilation. Every room ends up humid and musty after a couple of days.
Please blacklist this hotel.
The worst Hotel i have booked in my Life. Me and my Wife want to Check in at 11:30 pm. The Hotel Guy Said to us: We are Full now!

Complete lost. Thank god, she was not left alone in the streets and i was with her.

worst part was the bed. rock solid. I thought others that I slept in were bad. laying down on this didn’t move it a touch. didn’t understand the point of it. might as well sleep on the tile floor. didn’t sleep whatsoever.
