Pros:

The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Had a great night sleep, and we were able to come and go as we needed with ease.

Cons:

The bathroom in our room was in need of a little bit of upkeep. Cleanliness was okay, but it was mostly that there was some light maintenance needed.

Great facility/ reasonable price/ and would recommend others to stay at his hotel.
Pros:

The breakfast was great. The building is very impressive/ also entryway..

Cons:

The bathroom could be up graded. Needs a vent .. the windows needs cleaning..

Everyone was nice and rooms were nice. Lots of parking. Room sinks not clean.

Vicinity was good. Lots of parking. Very nice hotel.

Cons:

The biggest complaint would be that we went to get water out of the sink in the bar by the microwave and noticed black stuff in our water. Come to find out, the mold was handing from the spout where the water comes out. I cleaned it very good. It looked like it had not been cleaned in ages. I hope we do not get sick! Big turnoff. I have stayed here every time our cheer girls go to Chicago. I’m thinking I might stay somewhere else next time.

Pros:

The suite room was big and nice. It was the first time I booked a hotel room through Expedia that did not include free WiFi. We stayed for just one night so we chose to use our own data. But later my credit card was charged $12.95 for WiFi without my knowledge.
