Pros:

The staff offer a good service and attendance. Thr room is clean and good size.

Cons:

The location don't have restaurant a walking distance and the shuttle have a limited service hours.and don't operate at weekends.

Below average for the amount of money we paid for it.

The location to restaurants was good. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

Hotel was completely under construction. Very dirty. Hotel was clearly old and outdated. Public restroom near check-in room was dirty, grout was peeling off. Frame around mirror rotted. Showers head and railing in showers falling off of wall. Old grout on walls. Outdoor pool was disgusting. I spent 20 min skimming the hair, bugs and leaves off the pool even to swim in it. No towels for pool use and gates in and out of pool were broken. Hotel needs a lot of work.

Our reservation was Canceled By Marriott two ours After the checking time ,5pm the day of the reservation (by email)
No explanation and no compensation . We ended up reserving another hotel that night with triple the original cost.

Good place to stay; easy access to Deerfield restaurants and train station for going into Chicago.
Pros:

Nice, quiet room with good TV.

1 shower head was not working. Breakfast was good, but not great.

It was a really nice stay for the time we were there. Will choose Marriott again
Pros:

The front desk was very helpful and cheerful when checking in/out. The suite we booked looked just like the photos, and the lobby was very comfortable to be in without feeling like we were in the way or exposed.

Cons:

We weren't able to pay for additional amenities with a different form of payment that wasn't charged to the room. For example, breakfast and the bar.

Pros:

Very pretty facility. Our room was great. The bed was terrific. The coffee in the room was delicious. Staff was very nice.

Cons:

Everything was top notch, except for my breakfast. I ordered my eggs over easy and they came scrambled. My toast was cold and I didn’t get any jam. I did not send them back.

The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Had a great night sleep, and we were able to come and go as we needed with ease.

Cons:

The bathroom in our room was in need of a little bit of upkeep. Cleanliness was okay, but it was mostly that there was some light maintenance needed.
