Horrible
Pros:

Did not like anything about the room or the attitude of the staff.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the room was disappointing, from the smell of the room to the nail clippings in the room. Staff did not care and did not do anything but charge me for the room.

Read the reviews about the Manager. His behaviour is disgraceful.
Pros:

Location was very good. Room was reasonably comfortable.

Cons:

-Cannot enter property without room key. Someone has to let you in on arrival.
-Would not let us check in 30 minutes early. Made us wait until 4pm even though it was obvious the room was available.
-Hot water did not work on arrival. Ran the water for 40 minutes and then called front desk. They Eventually responded to get the hot water working.
-Being jet lagged we woke up around 4am and attempted to run a bath, again no hot water. No response from front desk and walked down to find no one there. Called again and left a message that there was no hot water.
Upon returning to the Hotel, by herself , my Wife was accosted by the manager. He was upset with us that we called at 430am to complain about no hot water. My Wife stood up for herself and said that we were the paying customer and this was a bare minimum requirement. He threatened to put us in a smaller room and then mocked her that they would not clean the room. The contempt shown by this person towards his customers begs belief. Staying in a Hotel with someone who displayed this behaviour towards us made us feel very uncomfortable, bordering on unsafe. We promptly checked out.

good location 5-4 min from gandola in the center of the village next to the bus stop from Vancouver shuttle big rooms sauna pool next to supermarket secure location friendly staff

Cons:

restaurant not part of the hotel and you need to dress for breakfast and it al la card so you vesting time pool area run down no bar or sitting area

Great location, comfortable, but too early of a checkout time.
Pros:

Location was convenient for skiers, the beds were comfy being able to fit 6 people. It was clean and comfortable. Friendly female staff upon checking in.

Cons:

- Would appreciate 11am checkout time rather than 10am to match expectations of hotel offerings. Our stay at Crystal Lodge and Pangea was flexible for 11am this season and last.
- Morning gentleman front desk staff was unfriendly. Not the greatest thing to experience checking out in the morning.

Location was great but the hotel is old and it definately shows.
Pros:

The hotel is very convenient as it is located right in the village and the staff are friendly. The room has a microwave, toaster etc. which was nice.

Cons:

We were put in a room with no hot water. The front desk was aware of the problem and told us because the hotel is old this kind of thing happens. I feel we should have been compensated for this or moved to a room that had hot water. Also the bathroom was not very clean. The tiles in the tub/shower were very dirty and when you flushed the toilet the drain in the tub gurgled. The bathroom definately needs to be redone. It was also very noisy at night as the noise coming from the bar across the road from the hotel was very loud and made it hard to get to sleep.

Our room in particular had a very slow drain in the shower.

I’m going to check the hotel policy in the future. Disappointed.
Pros:

Lovely and cosy, very quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I was visiting my daughter (who lives in a share house) and didn’t realize that you were not allowed to have any visitors in your room! So we had to just walk around in the freezing weather get coffee after coffee with no other options as the lifts were closed and nothing to do.
