LA stop off - Warner Bros Studios and Universal
Pros:

Location to Warner Bros and Universal is a massive plus. Room was fab very spacious and breakfast was amazing! Free parking was also a bonus.

Cons:

The swimming pool is grim, dirty and unappealing. The bathtub in our room was fine for showering but plug didnt work so couldnt have a bath. I didnt like on check on the male staff member wouldnt look at me and kept talking to my husband when answering my questions, even though i was the one checking in and paying. Very misogynistic.

It’s very close to everything we like including Universal Studios.

Cons:

The main entrance to the parking/hotel. People park there to check in…. No staff advises anybody to park downstairs as a better, and safe alternative.

Pros:

The room was spacious, clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast included. Some of the choices are scrambled eggs and sausage links, oatmeal, waffles, toast, bagel, yogurt, granola, and cold cereal. Juices, coffee, and hot chocolate. Wifi was included, and a large TV in the room to watch the football game. There are several restaurant choices nearby. The rooms have refrigerator and a microwave.

Cons:

The sink was blocked, but that's a simple fix.

Bedrooms were great. Breakfast and "gym" were huge disappointments.
Pros:

Bedroom is clean, spacious and has a very decent common area to get some work done.

Cons:

It "technically" has breakfast and "technically" has a gym. The gym only has one machine and 2 treadmills. Breakfast is basically DYI with only eggs and sausage as options and a bunch of food bought in a supermarket.

When I tried to check out and get the money I paid as a safety deposit, the staff were chatting in their backroom and no one came up to help me, even though I waited 10min and could clearly hear them chatting.
