Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, 15-20 min de Universal Studios y del Dodger Stadium... a 50 minutos de Disney World y 60 min del Muelle de Santa Mónica. Agradable atención y desayuno caliente. Muy bien.

Cons:

Solo al entrar por estacionamiento sería agradable pusieran ambientador. Aromas agradables, así como en pasillos.

L'emplacement et la propreté des lieux.

Cons:

La perte de mes effets personnels dans la chambre ( soins ...) qui n'ont pas été remboursés. L’absence de barrière permettant de sécuriser le garage de l’hotel. Absence de surveillance de l’accès à ce garage indiqué comme privé, mais facilement accessible. Dans ce contexte, notre véhicule de location a été volé dans l'enceinte même du garage de l’hotel. Nous n’avons bénéficié d'aucune aide, du seul membre de l’equipe présent sur les lieux, le soir du vol. Seuls, dans un pays étranger , nous avons été livrés à nous même, et avons du nous debrouiller par notre propre moyeux ( appel aux forces de l'ordre, demande pour consulter la vidéosurveillance. Le comportement de la personne ce soir là, a été profondément irrespectueux ( à remis en question notre parole au sujet du vol du véhicule, cette personne dormait durant son service...). Aucun geste commercial ne nous a été proposé suite à ces incidents. Seule une proposition d’un remboursement de 35 dollars nous a été adressée apres en avoir fait la demande. Proposition que nous avons rejeté car jugée irrespectueuse.

Pros:

Rooms were great on 3rd floor A.C was amazing, in both room i purchased.beds were comfy! Location was superb!

Cons:

I gave an 8 out of ten for 2 reasons water pressure was horrible, and the breakfast was not great the waffle batter soured and wasn't pleasant biting into! Also wish more pillows due to them being so flat and squishy!

Sehr schönes, ruhiges und sauberes Hotel. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Sauber, große Zimmer, gute Lage um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Auch drumherum alles sehr sauber. LA ist mit dem Bus gut zu erreichen. Auch die Universal Studios.

Cons:

Zu Stoßzeiten zu kleiner Frühstücksraum, leider wie überall alles mit Plastik…

La ubicacion es perfecta

Cons:

Eramos una familia de 3 con un niño de 10 años, nos quedamos 2 noches y ningún dia arreglaron la habitacion. Pero todo lo demás estuvo muy bien.
