Great Hospitality

Location- Close to Jonker Walk and other attractions places

We booked a Studio Room with a jacuzzi, but unfortunately, the water had a greenish tint and the jacuzzi bubbles weren't functioning. When maintenance arrived, they suggested it was just the lighting, which we weren't quite convinced by. However, the reception staff was incredibly helpful and professional. They immediately checked other rooms and offered us an upgrade to a Family Room since the water quality was much better there.

Overall, we were very satisfied with how they handled the situation. The hospitality is excellent, and we will definitely return!

Poor vegetarian breakfast
Pros:

Room was good .

Cons:

Very disappointed with the non vege dishes they offered during breakfast since I paid quite a bit for a big number of pax.
When checked with the floor PIC, she mentioned vegetarian customers was less.
I believe it shouldn't be an acceptable reason since vegetarian is a must by any facilities in Malaysia lately.
Chinese and Indians many are vegetarian lately.so please change the perception and start to be creative for your customers.
