客室数が多いのにエレベーターが少ない
Pros:

立地がいい。値段が手頃。駐車場が無料。

Cons:

エレベーターにスタッフが乗っていて乗れなかったことがあり駐車場までたどり着くのに時間がかかった。スタッフ用とお客用のエレベーターを分けたほうがいい。

スタッフとエレベーターで同乗した際に降りる時もスタッフが先に降りてビックリした。

Pros:

View nice. Location just road side. Surrounded shops and restaurants. Not very far. Breakfast good. Swimming pool clean. Staff & also workers vry friendly.

Cons:

Just only 1 lift is working. Have to wait around 10 minutes. Other than that all ok

Terlalu selesa dan aircond kurang sejuk tapi still ok.

Saya tak serapan dalam hotel biasa kat luar so I tak pasti dgn makanan dlm hotel.
Bilik terlalu kemas dan lengkap no comment

Masa parking kereta k level 2 keluar masuk terlalu sempit kerana 2 way susah dan bahaya. Masa naik ada kereta turun dgn laju juga. Tks

Past its prime, but clean, functional, and manageable for a short stay.
Pros:

The location is nice, very close to central, easy to find too. Free parking as well, except need to go validate every time leaving the hotel.

Cons:

Stayed here recently. The hotel is showing its age quite noticeably. The room felt very dated, and the mattress seemed worn and slightly uneven, which affected sleeping comfort. One inconvenience was the lack of power outlets near the bed, making it difficult to charge and use devices comfortably at night.

On the positive side, the shower was excellent. Water pressure was good and the hot water was consistent throughout the stay.

Breakfast was acceptable but nothing particularly memorable. There was a reasonable selection, including made-to-order omelets, which was appreciated, but overall the quality was average.

Parking was available and convenient, although the ramps and parking areas are quite narrow. Considering the age of the building, this is understandable.

Overall, the hotel is functional and reasonably comfortable for a short stay, but guests should be aware that the facilities and rooms feel quite dated and could benefit from refurbishment.
