Overall, it was a wonderful stay at Bayview Hotel Melaka. The manager, Kiran Kumar, and the front desk officer, Muhamad, were extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. They made my family feel very comfortable and even entertained my very active and friendly son so warmly, which we truly appreciated.
Special thanks to Mr. Muhamad as well for helping us upgrade to a family room when the first room we booked felt a little small for our family. The hospitality and kindness shown to us made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended!
However, after upgrading to the family room, I noticed that the area under the bed was a bit dusty. My wife and son are both quite sensitive to dust, and they experienced some sinus discomfort during the stay because of it. I believe this might have been an area overlooked during housekeeping. Hopefully, the hotel can pay a little more attention to this in the future, as overall the stay and hospitality were still very good.
Spacious room, cool view and the pillow was super comfortable.
No charging point on the side bed. Need to charge at rhe TV wall. Aircord was still cold even at 24.

Cleanliness can be improved in the rooms
The staff here were very nice, friendly, warm and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Basic amenities were provided.

Medewerkers zijn uiterst vriendelijk en meewerkend, doen hun uiterste best om aan je wensen te voldoen. Ontbijtbuffet is uitgebreid en prima verzorgd. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid op het parkeerdeck al kan het in het weekend vol raken.
Kamers zijn erg ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Bonus: Zwembad is heerlijk!
Hotel ligt op een dikke 10 min lopen naar het centrum, aan een drukke toegangsweg met aan de overkant van de straat een paar Convinience Stores voor de kleine boodschapjes. Het oversteken zonder stoep kan even duren als het druk is met auto's, maar ik heb dat niet als negatief ervaren.
