Friendly staff but dirty room poor breakfast so no 4-star hotel

Cons:

Room was dirty, see photo. Bed was terrible, both mattresses had a dip. No power outlets near the bed. Only one towel for shower. Toilet was leaking when flushing it. swimming pool closed at 19.00, breakfast was poor, only filtered coffee no espresso machine. Poor intercontinental breakfast mainly Asian.
Paying extra for espresso by cash could not pay on the room.

Conveniently located near the town, with easy access to many tourist attractions and nearby places of interest.

Cons:

I specifically requested a non-smoking room, but unfortunately, there was a strong cigarette smoke smell in the bathroom as soon as I entered. The smell did not go away throughout my one-night stay and remained there. It was particularly uncomfortable as I found it difficult to breathe whenever I was in the bathroom. I hope the property can address this issue, especially for guests who specifically request a non-smoking room.

Pros:

The hotel is within walking distance of the city center, making it very convenient for exploring. The room was spacious and the breakfast was very good with plenty of choices.Shower water is strong. Overall, a great stay.

Cons:

The room, bed, and toilet could use some upgrades. The toilet also needs better water pressure for flushing.

房间宽大, 床褥枕头都好，花洒水大热水供应快.

Cons:

隔音太差, 每个房门关上时超大的声音很吵常被吓醒.
