Best place to stay in the area.
Love my stay here. Very good hotel in arakashan road. I have stayed here numbers of this with family.
Its an very average property, they have very thin WALLS and you can hear people walking, talking very very super loud. The toilet is very poor maintain and has a very strong drainage smell.
Location advantage as next to NDLS. Quick service, cleanliness is okay. Comfortable sleep.

The staff was very kind and friendly.
The room was adequate, and the bed arrangement worked well for 4 of us.
However, the hotel can improve cleanliness for the room floor and the bathroom. The bathroom is overdue for maintenance.

I had booked this for my older parents who were returning from US. They had a great experience checking in, getting dinner late in night and mentioned that the rooms were good, clean and spacious. I've had some bad experiences with other hotels in the past but it was great to know this experience was good.
The property is in a safe location. They provided Airport pickup service at 2:30am. Their breakfast selection is amazing.
Good clean rooms. Overall a very pleasant stay. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe and comfortable.
Due to railway station near by it is always a traffic Jaam now and then.
However once you are inside hotel it feels good.

This is a nice hotel on a very busy street. The staff was lovely and the room was very big. The food was delicious.
Rooms were dirty, especially bathrooms were so bad that we were hesitant to use it.
The property and the photos do not match, it’s a 1.5 star property being passed off as higher quality. The resturant inside the hotel is 3x more expensive than the same food your would get across the street, literally across the street. For a quick and cheap stay it’s not bad but don’t expect much than a room to sleep in. They offer free hotel Pick up but you will be responsible for 250 rupees for the passing of the car.
the experience was not at all pleasant. we did not received the room we booked for. we were charged for extra bed. the room was not very clean.
Hotel was good. Nice breakfast. It is very close to the train station which added 10-15 minutes to every trip just trying to get around the traffic. That's the only reason I might not stay again since it was a significant obstacle. I was also unclear which rooms had balconies and which didn't I stayed in two different rooms that were booked the same. One had a balcony and the other didn't.
