Laundry defekt - schlecht, wenn man extra dieses Hotel bucht um zu waschen auf einem roadtrip. Parken sehr teuer-valet Parken ungewohnt. Sehr laut zur Straße hin.

Excellent location for walking to several city attractions
Pros:

The place was good, it is located in a good zone near to the Walk of Fame where you can walk to it and also visit another attractions in the city. The personal in the hotel were so nice to us. The breakfast was good and the ladies who served us were very kind. The breakfast options were varied and all fresh. We had an issue with the shower after the cleaning service and they were so kind to help us with our room.

Cons:

All was good. The only strange thing was an odor in the elevator, but nothing serious!

Amazing Pre-Anniversary stay
Pros:

Upon arrival FD Nikki greated us and made our check-in as smooth as possible she’s very helpful to us . Shout-out to the Manager that my husband spoke to prior to our stay that helped him set-up this reservation as we had our worries since we got 2 different types of room but she arranged it so there’s no need for us to move, and upgraded us since it’s our Anniversary.
Tony at Valet was also courteous and friendly.
Lastly, breakfast everyday was superb! The food was all yummy and what makes it more memorable is the hospitable atmosphere given by Marieta and Veronica. Veronica was there during our 1st breakfast and she even assisted us with the pancake maker and was so friendly and welcoming , we also noticed that she keeps the place tidy. Marieta was there on our 2nd breakfast, with her warm greeting and very friendly face she made us feel at home, she’s heartwarmingly friendly and she made sire that we are comfortable and that the food is ok for us. She’s also making sure that the place is tidy and that there’s enough food being served.
Whoever is in the kitchen, we would like to also give thanks to that person as the food is well prepared.

In addition to this, we love the bed and the pillow, it ‘s soft to the comfoft of your body when sleeping, I usually wakes up with an aching body but this past 2 days I felt sooo good!

Thank you everyone and we hope that you continue to make the place a great place to stay and will definitely comeback and would love to recommend this place too.

Worth every cent of what you spend.

Very good, recommended
Pros:

The room was nice, clean, everything as expected. The location is great.
The staff was nice.
The breakfast was great.

Cons:

It didn't offer any lunch or dinner options. At least some basic ones would come very convenient (especially dinner, to just eat something there after getting late from long days)

Good choice!
Pros:

Our room was spacious and excellent value, location was great, staff were so helpful. We didn't have a car so being able to walk to Hollywood Blvd was nice; note it's not along Hollywood Blvd but near enough, Ovation Hollywood (Hollywood / Highland) was the nearest access. Convenient also to have restaurants nearby. Special mention to Marieta who was a ray of sunshine at the breakfast buffet, helping the kids with their water bottles. P.S. need car for LA so rent / Uber / friends :)

Great stay
Pros:

Marieta was very accomodating and friendly to all guests. Hotel was very close to the tourist spots, just a few minutes walking and you’re at the center. Stay was comfortable and great!
